Well I just stayed far away from him when he was doing his powerful attacks and doge rolled to dodge them. Then when he went back to his biting attack a just stayed on the side of one of the outside heads and attacked him when that head didnt attack/bite. You only have to hit one head you dont have to destroy attack all.
