dude no offense but you still need practice...anatomy is really off

(think of humans as machines, and muscles as contracting pistons...be honest, do you think that if those conditions were met your person could move?)

and the shading isnt realistic...understood front lightsource, but some of its just weird....needs to look 3D, think of it that way...
