Though this is actually one of the newest buildings in the City it houses knowledge from generations of Humans, all five levels of the structure packed to the brim with books recording the collective knowledge of their species. The ground level and the two floors above it are open to the public and offer a wide range of services for the care and comfort of visitors. The two basement floors are strictly reserved for Hunters or Upper Military access, protected by arcane wards and thick metal doors. Posters that try to access the basement floors without permission will be deleted, speak to Rarian for access.
