I will be RPing as the NPC Guest Host: Nate Shapiro, as he takes the Case with Emma of St. Ivalice as the Intern Chief of ACME CrimeNet.

Today's OOC Game: Mermaid Aqua (1-Game Investigator: Returning Champion) vs Princess Elsa (Without Magic) vs Merman Riku
The Game is played with 3 Players Dressed as ACME CrimeNet Detectives answering questions to determine the location of one of Carmen Sandiego's wacky crooks with comedy sketches being performed to provide clues. After 2 Skit Rounds, the ACME Detective with the lowest score is eliminated, and the remaining 2 players played a Concentration-like game to capture the day's crook which determines who becomes Champions & moves onto the final round, where siren lights had to be correctly placed on a giant map as locations were named. If the player was successful in this round, Carmen Sandiego was "captured" and the gumshoe won a trip to anywhere in the World.

We see Emma with a group of ACME Detectives. And one of these gumshoes could find her!
*Raul's Commentary as the Players enter the office set and take up their podiums. The Players are wearing ACME Detective Costumes* Raul: She's a Mermaid who is like a Big Sister Figure, Aqua!
Raul: She's from Norway and a Princess who is engaged to an Enchanter who is more like a prince than adventurer, Elsa!
Raul: He's a Merman who has a Big Brother Vibe toward his sisters, Kairi, Namine and Xion, Riku!
(Rockapella does their song and dance as Nate climbs down the Fire Escape from the apartment, performs a 10 Point landing outside the ACME CrimeNet Detective Agency & walks through the door)

Upstairs Tenant: Gnasty Gnorc is in a City in Japan that's known for its setting of the Key Anime, Kanon 2006. It's known for its Snow Festivals during the Winter draws more than 2 million tourists from around the world. They also Asian Winter Games 3 times. The First in 1986, the Second in 1990 & the Third in 2017. Its home to both Hokkaido University & Odori High School. So for crying out loud, catch that Orc & keep it down with that racket! The Tenant then tosses snowballs at the ACME Detective Office's Front Door then closes the window.
