That is one thing I hate about making calls anywhere - being put on hold. Especially for the calls I sometimes have to make for work. Sometimes I'm on hold for a half hour or more before I get through to someone (and it's something that's time sensitive, so I can't call back at a later time). Always annoying when it's for something that only takes a couple of minutes to take care of. xp
