A location within the middle of the town will lead you to the train station, the shopping district, the food district or the residential area. There are however, other activities and sights that can be seen in the square before going elsewhere.

Jesus breathed in the fresh cool air when they arrived at the center of Lamia. He felt so full of energy after all that walking especially from the rush of skipping out on orientation. They were doing something bad, but it certainly made him feel really good so what could be the harm? He looked over his shoulder at the group that he had assembled. Everyone was present and some looked as eager as him while other were still trying to figure out how they felt about the situation. Jesus choose the Lamia district because of how much it made him feel at home. The people were very friendly and everyone liked being outside whether it was to talk or play. However, at the moment the district looked more lively the usual and people were actually out putting decorations. Kids were dressed up either monsters or Pokemon and the adults were even wearing some paint masks of different Pokemon. "Looks like we arrived at the perfect time guys, they're getting ready for Spirit Day -or Halloween- I almost forgot that its tomorrow, I wonder if the academy plans on doing anything special..." Jesus pondered as he continued to look around. He wondered if the other districts celebrated Spirit Day similarly or a day ahead like how Lamia seemed to be doing. If there was so much excitement just the day before Spirit Day then the actual date would be quite a sight to see. Its too bad they didn't skip on Spirit Day, but it was still pretty cool to see the decorations.
Jesus's eyes spotted an big sign that read: ARCADE. His eyes widen instantly as he pointed at the building. "We have our first destination...the Arcade! C'mon guys, I bet there are a lot of fun games inside!" Without another word, the boy led the group inside the arcade where they were greeted by a young lady in uniform that consisted of a red vest under a white collar shirt and a tight blue skirt. "Bienvenidos! Welcome to our Arcade! We have a special of ten free coins for groups of 5 or more to use to play our games." Jesus sighed in relief, he was glad that there was a convenient offer like this since he didn't have any money to buy tickets with. Ten coins would certainly be enough to play some games. Once everyone was given their coins they were allowed +106.jpg]inside and Jesus's eyes widen. There were several machines ranging from fighting games to racing games to even a Dance stage to play some DDR. The boy grinned and looked back at his group with a thumbs up, "let's go have some fun guys." He threw one of his coins in the air and then caught it as it was going back down. Now which machine would he try out first? His eyes caught sight of a fighting game machine but it was for two players. Looking at his group he wondered if any of them liked these kind of games. His eyes landed on Jericho who had been pretty silent for most of the ride. He wanted everyone to have fun so maybe this would be a good chance to turn that frown upside down.
"Hey Jericho, how about a match?" he motioned towards the machine. "I'm pretty good at these games. I bet I can give you a run for your money." The boy grinned wondering if Jericho would accept his challenge.

Jericho had arrived to the orientation in his silly uniform with the usual snarl on his face. He wanted nothing to do with this school, and the orientation seemed pointless. Why bother when they got maps on their pokegear? As he rolled his eyes at this whole situation, another student approached him. This boy, Jesus, didn't seem too keen on the whole event either. So much, in fact, that he was going to skip it entirely! Jericho didn't need to be convinced to tag along.
And that was how he, instead of going through the dumb school, ended up in an arcade in the city.
Jericho yanked off his flygon tie and shoved it into his bag. He hated looking down at that stupid thing. Was he really going to be stuck surrounded by red and green and brown house decorations that he couldn't quite distinguish from one another. Everyone was happy and peppy and in his face about it. He even had to share a room with some stranger. It wasn't even day one and he already was sick of this. So it was a no brainier that Jericho would follow Jesus and whoever else he rounded up. They ended up taking a train out into Lamia District. Jericho didn't talk much with everyone else. He was pretty content to do his own thing, not really interested in socializing much. Before long, however, their group ended up at an arcade. Jericho smiled a bit. Yeah, moving out here sucked. But at least there was an arcade not too far away. He took the tokens into his hand before sliding them into his pocket. The group dispersed a little, and Jericho looked around at the games. It wasn't often that he played in arcades like this. He played some of these same games at home, where he could change the color settings. Particularly, he was fond of the fighting and racing games.
"How about a match?" he heard Jesus say, gesturing to a 2-D fighting game nearby. Jericho recognized the game; it was one that his brother liked to play with him at home. A little old school styled, but it was plenty fun. As Jesus challenged him, he smirked a bit. Poor kid hadn't a clue who he was challenging. "Alright then, you're on," he replied, a little smug and sure. Jericho moved to the machine, inserting a token and taking his familiar spot as Player 2. He picked his favored fighter, a muscular man in an army green tank top with short, brown hair. In large boxy letters, Sergeant Russell Out of habit, Jericho changed his fighter's skin to be a blue tank top with white hair. It was a color combination he could see, but he wouldn't admit that. "Don't pick anyone cheap though," he commented. "Leo is way overpowered in this one." He smirked again. A victory on the character Leo wasn't worth a whole lot, not to Jericho and his older brother. You had to pick a real character in order to win. "Who do you main?" he asked, confirming his selections on the character select screen.

"Yeah! It sure does. I'm really excited for what would come next." Shiria nodded to Sky's words. With the change in scenery, she looked around in wonder at everything, especially the way the people were wearing. The clothes were quite festive and seemed to follow a certain theme, but she could not put a name on it. Thankfully Jesus' explanation came in time and she "ah" in realization. That seemed to be a great occasion to celebrate! She wondered if it would also be organized at their school. From what Jesus added after the introduction of what was happening, she supposed he was wondering the same thing. She kept on looking at everything and all the shops that popped into her sight. There were so many places to go! Now she was wondering where they would go first. Her question was answered when Jesus led them into an arcade.
The place was something she had not been before, given how her city was. People there were more natural, they then to socialize more, travel more or just prefered entertainment liked Magic tricks, for example. Thus, once again, everything was just new to her. She moved around excitedly, peeking at the machines curiously. A claw machine with all the cute stuffed animals caught her eye. "Aw, how cute! So we'll need to put in some coins and grab one of these with a cane, huh?" Her target was a cute keychain of a Zorua, alike to her friend, but with a bow on its neck. She moved her hand to push at the buttons, but then realized she did not have any coins to play the game. Looking quite embarrassed, she turned to Jesus for help to find he was playing some kind of fighting game with another boy, what was his name...Err...Jeric, ah, right Jerry! She had not tried any kind of fighting game before, but they both seemed fun. While waiting for them both to be done with their game, she looked to Sky who was her friend and the one she knew more than others. "Would you like anything, Sky?"

Naomi followed the group as they separated themselves from the group that was going to the daycare. She assumed that she had to quiet as they followed Jeus to the train station. Thankfully, there was a train coming into the station when they arrived there. The ride there was calm inspite who rambuctious the other students were. They were excited and she was too.
They seemed really happy about the library. She could agree with them on that.
When they arrived, the district was in the midst of decorating the area up. The town square overnight had a different appearance than it did when they first arrived at the district. It was pretty and thrilling -internally- to look at. But her focus on the library. Inhaling the culture and lore through paper and ink. She sighed with content at the thought of their destination. However.... the feeling was shortlived when Jesus pointed at their 'first' destination, an arcade.
"Hey wait..." her voice was low as the group was ushered into the location. First location?! They were greeted by a young lady, still older than themselves, and give then free coins to play the games. Naomi looked at the coins in her hand before looking around. She was assaulted by the sounds of games sound effects, the smell of something sweet and a little sweat and by all that the sights that weren't associated with a library.
"Jesus.... this isn't the library...." Naomi said but he was too busy challenging Jericho to a fighting game. She looked around and Sky and Shiria were already playing games, playing with the crane game. "I thought we were going to the library...." Naomi clutched the coins in her hand before she sighed deeply in dismay before pouting and walking over to an accuracy game where she had to aim to feed the pokemon berries but shooting the berries out.
"The next place better be the library...." she mumbled to herself with a pout as she tied her hair back and inserted a coin into the game to start.
𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝 ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Arriving in the center of the Lamia District, Ashley looked around, amazed at all the signs and sights to see. She had no idea that some cool place like this was behind that boring train station and the academy. She walked along with her doll in hand and kept an eye on the others while wondering what fun things there were to do. Maybe if there were any ghost Pokemon, she could make friends. Jesus spoke about Spirit Day, Halloween, which was the bets time of year in her opinion! Lots of pranks to do, candy to steal, ghost types to meet! Perking up at her little party with her Ashley laughed to herself while her long hair flowed behind her like a crimson curtain of curls. It wasn't long before the first stop was made, an arcade of sorts. Out of everybody, she appeared to be the most confused. What exactly was an arcade. Did it taste any good? Everyone else poured in before coming across a uniformed woman that Ashley looked over as she spoke. Her clothes were nice. It was a cool vest and skirt that made her look all official. Maybe she could wear something like that someday...but in spooky colors.
"Bienvenidos! Welcome to our Arcade! We have a special of ten free coins for groups of 5 or more to use to play our games."
Coins were handed out to all of the kids and Ashley stared down at them, still confused. Maybe they were candy? She tried to bite one and didn't really prove anything. Putting them in a jacket pocket, she followed Jesus and Jericho to a machine deeper inside the arcade and watched the graphics and things fly across the screen. Ashley's eyes were glued, mesmerized on the things as the two spoke. Jesus might even find Ashley's head resting on his shoulder so she could see the action. While they continued, she soon took off to check up on the other's, walking towards Naomi and simply watching her play the game. But why were these pokemon so weird looking? They weren't 3D like normal ones. Her eyes blinked in confusion and rocked back and forth while the loud noises would begin to unnerve her.
Sky had blushed a bit when Shiria told them they looked cute in their uniform. They figured it was the weather however, it was rather warm even in the spring uniform. Together with their little troupe, they boarded the train and arrived at lamia district. Sky's mood instantly brightened at the somewhat familiar sights. Like they had told Shiria it wasn't quite like Quito, the food was different and the ground was flat (where as Quito was built upon hills) which at least made walking easier. "Super-wow" they said taking in the people making pokemon masks "this reminds me of New Year's in Quito" The mood was to be brightened even more apparently since not only did they get to go to an arcade, they received free coins! "Yes we have those at home, they're a lot of fun.."Sky said smiling at Shiria, their smile softened in friendliness when Shiria asked them if they wanted a plushie. "Sure,I would love one! I'll get you one too." they said putting in a coin and doing just that. Sky stuck out their tongue in concentration as they maneuvered the claw picking up one of the medium plushies and dropping it in the metal case. "Here..a gift"they said presenting the plushie to Shiria"for being my first friend in the academy." Their eyes looked around at all the games they had to them.Jesus was busy playing some fighting game with another boy from the group. muchachos, Sky thought with a mental eyeroll."Shiria we should try the dancing game" they proposed to the girl. Sky had loved that game on the chances they had gotten to play it. If Shiria said no they'd play whatever game she'd prefer but if she said yes then hey, maybe Sky could make a group for themselves at the dance game

Since the two boys had taken a bit long to be done with their games, she wondered if she should ask Sky for a coin instead. Taking off her hat, she wondered if she should give Sky something else before some coins dropped onto her hand. Woops, it appeared that she had received some earlier, but she had put those away out of habit. Nonetheless, it considerably cheered her up as she excitedly fiddled with the machine. She targeted a Ponyta keychain in the machine, its bright color easy to notice. Before they had skipped the orientation, she did remember seeing Sky's Ponyta, so it should be suitable. She failed a few times in her quest, huffing a little, but finally managed to get the item. However, when it was the turn for the one she wanted, there was a lot of fails. Pouting, she unhappily saved some of the coins for another game. It was too bad, but there was nothing she could do about it. Maybe she could buy something similar to that keychain.
"Here, for you! Hope you'll like it." Smiling happily, she enthusiastically switched gifts with Sky, holding it with care in her hands. It was the first gift from her friend after all, she was going to treasure it. "Thank you! I'll take good care of it."
"Sure! I'm not very good at moving around, but let's have fun!" She nodded at the proposal and eagerly moved to the dance game. This time she remembered to keep her pace with Sky. She pushed in a few coins in the machine and watched as the screen and arrow lit up. Other than that, she did not moved on the game, waiting for Sky's move. Despite her enthuasism, she did not really know much about the game. "You should go first, Sky. I'll follow!"

Sky grinned when Shiria gave them the ponyta. It was a very thoughtful detail since they had put Azabache away so fast they hadn't even realized anyone had really taken notice of him ( anyone but Jesus at least). "I love it " they said hanging the keychain from their bag. Two more keychains hung from different zippers, "fits right in" they said "I've actually been thinking of collecting them." they said before leading Shiria to the dancing machine. "So what do you do back home? Go to arcades like this or...other things?" Sky asked Shiria realizing that they hadn't really covered hobbies in their previous conversations. If Sky wanted to continue to buy her things ( which their parents had always said was a key to a good friendship) then Sky would have to know what the girl liked and if she had any hobbies. Aside from that however, they just really wanted to get to know their friend. On their way they found the girl they had met at the sorting ceremony. Waiting for a lull in her playing Sky tapped her on the shoulder. "We're gonna try the dancing game do you wanna join us?" they said gesturing to themselves and Shiria "This is Shiria and you're Naomi correct? we actually met at the sorting ceremony." as usual their voice fell back into a formal tone when introducing themselves and their friend. Sky realized they didn't know their friends last name, since if they did they would have presented them with her full name to the girl. On the heels of that however, they realized they weren't with their usual circle of high class socialites and so propriety didn't matter worth a dime here. It was a good realization. "It's quite alright, I'm only good because every other month one of my parents' friends has a party for their son or daughter in a place like this" they said looking at the dancing game machine and finding the slot where the coin was "they rent the whole place...but everyone's so dreary and insipidly dull I end up playing games like these" they said as tehe machine started up
Jesus stared at Jericho for a moment, he clearly knew the game and probably knew every character name and ability. The dark-haired boy quickly recovered and continue to put on a confident front as he took a sit. "Oh yeah dude, I would never do that...my main? Uhh," Jesus looked over the roster of characters whom he didn't really recognize, but had heard about. He eyes landed on a character who had thighs for days which made him grin and he quickly selected the character. "Yeah its Lu Ching, she's pretty kick-a**," he honestly didn't have any idea if she was a good character or not since he choose her on looks alone, but she looked like a strong independent woman. These fighting arcade games had very simple controls; the joystick let you move around, and there were only two buttons to press for attacks which were a light and heavy attack. Figuring out her movesets shouldn't be too hard and there was always the last resort: button smashing. Jesus didn't really want to resort to that especially since Jericho appeared to be good at the game. This first match would let him know just how good Jericho was and it would also let him see if he was compatible with the game. Jesus was a quick study so at least he felt confident that once he understood the attacks then he could go all in.
The battle started and Jesus immediately made his character jump back to get some distance from Jericho's character. In these retro games pulling the joystick back also allowed the character to guard against attacks so it was a pretty good move in the event that Jericho wanted to get the jump on him. Once he knew he was safe, he tried out her attacks to see what their speed and reach were. The character he selected seemed to fight with kicks so the reach was pretty good and it meant that he could probably perform some cool ariel moves. Jesus grinned as he went for an attack. Jericho was playing really well with his character so Jesus had to play in the defensive by guarding and keeping a distance. This was the best strategy for a novice like him since he wanted to see what Jericho's tricks were and whether he could find any openings in his combos. Because he was concentrating he didn't immediately felt Ashley's presence nor did he noticed (until it was too late) that the red-haired beauty had decided to use his shoulder to rest her head. Jesus felt chills running up his arms to the very tip of his ears and his eyes widen from the soft feeling. He felt a rush as he suddenly started moving his character to attack. His sudden change in strategy must have caught Jericho off guard because Jesus was actually gaining the advantage! Knowing that Ashley was watching him just made him want to try his best and that reflected on his performance in the fighting game as he started to overwhelm Jericho with his attacks until finally the screen read "Win" on his side. Jesus had actually manage to win the first fight. The boy pumped his fist in victory shouting for a "alright!" He looked over his shoulder so he could see Ashley, but she was already gone. The boy frowned because she was definitely there, but she must have left. He sighed feeling disappointed that he couldn't show off to Ashley. Jesus returned to the game and Jericho seemed more determined to win.

"Aww man, I lost!" Jesus groaned as the screen read "LOSE" on his side of the screen. They played three battles; Jesus had won the first battle and then Jericho won the second battle, but the final battle was won by Jericho. Their last battle had actually been a very close match. Jesus got the hang of playing his character so he felt more comfortable with his approaches. However, in the end Jericho's experience proved to be superior as he managed to win the last battle which declared him the victor. Jesus crossed his arms and pouted, "i really thought I had you there, but man you're a tough opponent." His expression changed into a smile as he faced Jericho giving him a thumbs-up, "that was great man! You gotta teach me some of your moves for next time!" Jesus didn't get the chance to interact with people his age often so it was nice to find someone he could share a hobby with. Jericho might look mean, but he was a pretty alright guy in his book. He approached Jericho and handed him his remaining coins.
"Here think of it as a reward for defeating me," Jesus grinned, "I think you'd have a better use for them than me. I actually gotta go keep my word to someone so I won't need these coins anymore. Oh, but you're welcome to join me if you'd like. I can't promise the place we're going is as fun as this one though so come at your own risk." Jesus chuckled as he waved Jericho good-bye wondering if he would join him or not. His eyes scanned the arcade for a glasses-wearing girl. Once he found her with the others he went ahead and approached them. His eyes also noticed that Ashley was present, but her attention was currently somewhere else meaning she probably didn't notice him coming. She got the jump on him earlier so maybe now it was his turn to get the jump on her? Jesus grinned as he sneaked up behind the red-haired girl and once he was close enough he whispered a semi-loud, "BOO!" Jesus suddenly grabbed Ashley's arms, not too tightly, but with enough grip to get her attention. Jesus chucked immediately releasing her, "haha, hey guys hope I'm not interrupting or anything, but I gotta borrow miss Naomi for a second," Jesus, confident as always, approached the group and motioned to Naomi. "I believe we have a Library to explore so how's about you join me on an adventure?" He looked at Ashley and smiled, "you can come along too since I bet you're going to want your revenge for that jump-scared." Jesus winked at her hoping that Ashley would catch the bait and joing them. This would give him the opportunity to hang out with her and keep his word to Naomi; two birds with one stone.
By the time Naomi was done with the game, the bright lights flicking to signal that she won the game, she decide realize that she had company watching her. She looked at the screen to see that she gotten a really good scoore. Not the high score but still got high enough to get some tickets out for a prize. She looked at the girl next. She was quiet usually and went by the name by Ashley if their little introduction by Jesus was accurate. But it wasn't just her. Naomi has been approach by two others well once they had finished their games. Sky and Shiria approached the two girls, first confirming that they had their names right. Next was asking if they wanted to try the dancing game next. As naomi thought the idea over, Sky continued on about using these games when they had a birthday party.
On one hand, she did like dance games. She had one of the games that came with the dance pad at home. But on the other hand, she wasn't here to play games. She came to search for the library. She was truly conflicted. However, it didn't last long as Jesus surprised Ashley before surprising her when he asked to borrow Naomi. She tilted her head before he explained that they had a library to explore. Her eyes widened, she didn't even care that he had invited Ashley. The more the better.
"I'm ready!" she exclaimed like she was out of breath. She had definitely cleared the distance between where she was and where Jesus was now. She was even holding onto his hand before she let go of it and cleared her throat. "I mean yes... I'm ready to go to the library." She looked at Sky and Shiria.
"Are you coming to the library as well? It will be fun." she asked them, her tone was more enthusiastically than when she first started playing the game.
"Let's enjoy ourselves to the fullest, without any regret."
"Oh wow. That'll be a whole lot of skills in the dancing game than me!" She listened to Sky as they talked about their experience with the dancing game. In the process of their game, they met the girl with glasses and another one with a cute doll. She was unsure about the girls' correct name, but Sky's introduction for both of them gave her the answer to one. She was unsure about the other though. Ummm, what was it? Ash? Maybe she should wait for someone to call out the other girl's name. "Hi! It's nice to meet you." Her attention turned to Sky as they started playing the game. The process did not seem to be difficult, just stepping on the correct arrow when it hit the top one. Nonetheless, she ended up running out of breath just after one song on easy mode on her turn. There was light coughing also, so she should call it a day with the game. Such a shame, though.
They did not have the chance to play some more before Jesus popped out of nowhere. His action made her jump out of surprise. It appeared it was time to move onto the library. She was one to read books quite often when she was unwell back then, but she did not go to the library often. This will be an experience with someone who was passionate about the place. That was something evident when Naomi seemed to jump for joy, her expression of excitement. Like, really excited. Her reaction made her smile and she thought maybe to ask the girl for some recommendation for books or what would be interesting to do when visiting a library. "Sure, I'm in!" She turned to Sky, wondering if they would be interested in going also. It would be more fun to go together.

𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝 ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Ashley would continue to watch Naomi silently, waving a bit when she looked over the woman and her game. Everything was so confusing here. It was like little bits of pokemon except they were all bulky and real. Was this some kind of weird zone for them? If she had a pokeball, she could catch them and free them later one. The girl continued to silently ponder before something happened.
"BOO!"
He touched her. Jesus's hands were around her arms. Her eyes widened, turning to him as she let out a startled cry. "Uhhhhhhaaaaa!" She yanked her arm free and scurried over near Naomi. Letting out a sharp whine, she was shaking a good amount while hugging the stuffed doll tight. In the chaos, her coins had scattered on the floor, though she was too busy keeping her head down and sniffling tears to pay it too much mind. Ashley remained silently again while he said hge wanted to borrow Naomi for a second, but soon remembered Ashley was there and asked if she wanted to come too. Rubbing some tears from her eyes, Ashley would nod in response and slowly walk with the two, sometimes whining before going back to silent.
The game had been fun, Sky faltered only slightly upon realizing the game had some different songs from the one in Quito. "I still had things to learn" they told Shiria even as their feet adapted to the rythim. Sky frowned when they noticed the light coughing in their friend but didn't have time to give it much thought before Jesus was back, this time offering the library as their next destination. Sky looked down at the coins in their hands, they had been looking foward to seeing how Naomi did on the game and an arcade beat a library any day in their book. However when Shiria said she was in, Sky found themselves stuffing their leftover coins in their pocket and wheelied after her and Naomi "Yeah sure. Maybe I'll find some of the poets my tutors made me read, I could show them to you" they told their friend, looking to make the best out of their next destination. A clatter made them look up only to see the redheaded girl Jesus had been with at the games hide behind Naomi. Making a cautious approach, Sky picked up the coins on the floor before offering them to the girl. Noticing that she seemed a bit spooked. "Are...you okay?" Sky asked softly holding out their hand with the coin. They didn't make any move to wards the girl, making sure they respected her space but simply held the coins out for her to take.
