	◈ Overview and Rules ◈ In this event, I will post a choose-your-own-adventure prompt once a day and give you three answers to choose from. Each of these answers has a pre-determined point value: 1, 3, or 5. The answer you choose will determine how many tickets you earn for yourself that day. Example Mufasa sees his favorite son stranded in a pass below with a massive herd of wildebeests running at him. What should he do? A. Run down to save him. B. Shout orders at him to guide him out. C. Leave him. Survival of the fittest, kid. After the time is up for answers, I will indicate how many points each response earned. A. 5 points! You ended up dying in a tragic accident but you saved your son, bravo! Very honorable. B. 3 points! Your son listened to you but ended up getting injured in the process because he's just a little kid. He's probably traumatized for life now too. That's only a half-win. C. 1 point! You lived, that's something I guess. 5 points = 5 tickets, 1 point = 1 ticket. Keep in mind that there are also a few little rules that I need everyone to read and remember as this event plays out. 1. You will have -24- hours to respond to a prompt. Once the answers are posted you may no longer respond to the given prompt. 2. If you miss a prompt you do not get disqualified, you just don't get the points for that day! 3. No proxies. 4. You may give away your tickets to Outlands-newbies only. Meaning that if you know someone that does not already own a member of the pride, you may give your tickets to them. 5. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR ANSWERS. I'm gonna count it all up before I tell you the answers anyway but if I catch you changing your answers after they are posted you are going to be disqualified from ALL events. 6. 	◈ The Grand Prize: Amachwane ◈ Name: Amachwane Meaning: Young Beast Inheritance Position: 2nd, directly behind the Crown Prince, Kethiwe. Unique: You might notice that Kethiwe and Amachwane are marking-twins but not just any twins. Specifically, they look a lot like Scar and a certain traitorous golden King. Life: Amachwane and his siblings were born during the Queen's pilgrimage through the rogue lands. Although they never knew their father it has never really mattered much to them with such a headstrong matron. Their mother expects a lot of them and, over the years, it has become obvious that she holds Kethiwe and Amachwane to a higher standard (although for very different reasons). Amachwane's pridelander heritage shines brightly on his fur and he has been informed, several times by many older pride members, of his likeness to Mufasa. Despite that, his mother seems to favor him about as much as Ashiki tends to show favoritism and treats him nearly on par with the Crown Prince himself. She has personally never treated him as less because of his likeness. 	◈ Prompt and Forms ◈ For this CYOA, we will be helping none other than Amachwane himself as he traverses the social and literal rifts of his homelands for the first time in his life. A lot about choosing the right answer will be determined by what is an appropriate response for an Outlander so make sure you understand their culture before you participate because it will help you out in the end. Current Prompt Final Prompt Now that they have the rogue leader secured on the outside of the caves and both he and Amachwane have recovered from the strange side effects of the canyon gas, the small group of rogues stands before the Queen and her Viziers. There is no where for them to go and no way for them to run, this is the impromptu trial for their treatment of the pride. Ashiki listens to both sides of the story and then, very pointedly, asks Amachwane what he thinks should be done about them. What is their sentence? 1. Tarnished, the whole freaking lot of 'em! 2. Pardon them. It's all been a bit of a misunderstanding all around. 3. Brand the leader so the whole world knows his follies. 	Answers to Prompt One What will Amachwane do: A. Nothing. Let Kethiwe do it, he's the Crown Prince right? 1 point -Oh, your mom is pissed now. Directly defying orders means you have been sent to Kat for punishment. May the ancestors have mercy on your soul. B. Lead a group of pride members to investigate. 5 points -Great idea! Even if the wandering group is not hostile we will present a solid, strong and unified front so that they know whose lands they are in. C. Go alone! He'll prove he's got what it takes and earn a name for himself doing it without help. 3 points -While the Queen appreciates your boldness, this is rather foolish. That could be a group of Stormborn for all you know! Prompt Two With a fine group of Scars in tow, Amachwane makes his way South of the dens and toward the land bridge between the rivers. The messengers claimed there were at least 5 lions traveling in total but their ages, genders, and demeanor were too hard to make out from a distance without alerting them. How will the group approach? A. Amachwane and two of his group members should go first and leave the rest to hide in the shadows of rocks and shrubbery in case things go South. B. The entire group should hide and wait to ambush them! They can't predict what they don't see coming. C. Full steam ahead! Amachwane takes his group and charges forward, intent on overwhelming them with sheer might.
