So Nen and she had decided, and now it was up to seeing which of her family wanted to stay with them and which wanted to move on... find their own way in life. She was fairly certain the latter option wasn't going to be as popular, for whatever reason. She snorted to herself and shook her head, sighing. Had they failed in raising their cubs? Some days it seemed like it. Still, Nen had claimed news of some of their children in the moon pride... and somehow that just seemed very fitting.
Her tail flicked as she prowled across the lands, trying to find either of her grown cubs or even her grandcubs, but so far she had no signs of them. Amazing how they always seemed to be up your rear when you had no good reason for them to be around but the moment you actually did need them they were like dust in the wind!

Ever since that pink pelted goddess Chan had felt like his world was crumbling over and over. Arusi insisted he was being over dramatic, but she just couldn't understand. He had been in love... and though he knew she had cubs of her own and a history with one of the cubs they'd grown up in their old pride with.... he still just figured she couldn't understand his situation.
His mismatched eyes spotted his mother off ahead and he smiled and sighed contently, deciding he would much prefer her company over Arusi's, or even his nephews. They reminded him too much of his own cubs, who had grown and gone. He sighed again as he thought of it, picking up his pace, "Mom!" he called out, trying to shake away his dejected feeling.
