Urban, Geyser, Savanna and Forest biomes are the setting for the match of Zhi Zenshin vs Testuhiko Hanzō. The urban area is similar to what one would expect out of the ruins of a three story building. The geyser area is filled with randomly exploding steam gysers and puddles of water no more then a few inches deep. The savana area is the only area in this particular biome setting that is open and spacious. With tall grasses, knee height, populating the area. The forest biome is populated with thick pine trees and heavy shadows.

__ Tetsuhiko entered the stage as the audience roared in response to his entrance. His arms immediately went into the air as the limelight had shone upon him. "It is time for...a grand performance! I dedicate this immaculate exhibition of fine art to my love, Sadayo Soga!" It was quite impossible that anybody in the audience heard a word that came out of the performer's mouth, but this was completely unbeknownst to him. The man of the stage continued. "I'm the Iron Prince, the great shinobi artist! This tournament will be the first event history shall mark upon the...shinobi renaissance!" He continued yelling into the unhearing audience as he felt tears of joy swell in his eyes. Now was the first time in his life when his art could be truly appreciated on a stage in front of the whole of Sunagakure. His mother, Tetsuotome, father Hachiro, and grandfather Kazama were in the audience as well. They were excited to see how far he has come as a young shinobi since his graduation from the academy.
Tetsuhiko stepped into the middle of the urban section of the arena as he observed his surroundings. He stood in front of the three-story building, but behind the long ramp as he stared into the dark forest. "City, forest, tall grass, water." As he surveyed the area he thought of his opponent, Zippy. "That was the fast girl with the bow who shot a chakra arrow into my back before taking out a giant chunk of the ground. No art, no brilliance, but deadly nonetheless." Then he felt startled for a moment. "Wait, there's no chance I got to the arena before Zippy!" That girl was notorious for arriving at areas quickly and long before anybody else. For fear that she was hiding somewhere and ready to shoot an arrow at him, he began jingling the tambourine bangles on his wrists with an extra sense of performing flare
A magnetic field covered the entirety of the arena as three new actors appeared in a small puff of smoke. Tetsuhiko had disappeared inside of Caesar, the king of the exquisite Iron Funeral marionettes. This seven-foot tall man of steel was incredibly intimidating as his masked face stared blankly across the way. In front of him arrived,Hera, the golden-crowned Queen of the Iron Funeral collection appearing as the iron reagent she was with two swords in her hands. Finally, the third marionette was Io, a levitating puppet seated inside of a bull's head designed chariot. Ten chakra puppet threads extended from Tetsuhiko's fingers and, subsequently, Caesar's fingers. The five strings in the right hand attached to Hera and the five strings in the left rested upon Io.These strings would allow him to use the chakra mechanisms of the two puppets as well as kugutsu while magnetism would take care of movement commands. The Nine Iron Funeral Marionettes were no typical wooden dolls, no, they were true puppets constructed entirely out of iron and steel. Tetushiko, the master of manipulation and strategem, could easily command them.
The laurel-crowned Caesar stood at attention with Tetsuhiko hiding within along with Io levitating three feet above the ground to the left and Hera standing to the right, both in front of him. They all faced towards the forest,but had the whole of the arena within their sights. "What a stage!" He was beyond excited to finally get to show the gorgeous marionettes that he had been designing and crafting for years. Tetsuhiko's skills in artisan crafting could not be questioned as his magnetism and chakra threads brought the puppets to life. Now it was time for his opponent to make her move. "The curtain is up, let's put on a show!" He yelled across the battlefield hoping to alert the likely already present Zhi.

__ Zhi was getting hyped with Masato back at the academy one second, and then she found herself standing in a very elaborate arena the next. At first she was facing toward the ruins of what looked like a three story building but she ended up looking around at the three other areas around her. 'So this is where we're fighting huh?' Then Zhi fully realized the reason she was here. Tetsuhiko, her opponent, was going to arrive any second so they could fight. They barely had any chance to clash back at the dojo, but she sensed that he was indeed talented in ways hardly displayed then. This was going to be challenging indeed. Zhi considered hiding and going for an ambushing approach, but that didn't really work with her current battle plan. While she didn't really have anyone here to watch, Zhi was determined to show off her speed for all to see. It was soon after that she heard another entrance and looked from the middle of the arena to where Tetsuhiko arrived. "Alright! Now we can party!" When he took the time to look around after walking over toward the destroyed building Zhi used her index and middle fingers of her left hand to point at her eyes, then over at her opponent and back to her eyes again. It was a rather ridiculous threatening gesture but it was simply to let him know that she was going to keep a close eye on him in this match.
Sure enough, he summoned his arsenal to the field, but Zhi didn't expect three. Watching him hide away in one to control the others from within was something she definitely didn't plan on. How was she supposed to break through that metal? 'Zankyokukuuha... might be able to do it. I have to get passed the other two puppets though.' Zhi brought her hands together and signed several hand seals. "I'll go first, okay!?" Permission granted or not, her technique would take effect right away as she took off running toward the savanna area. More than one hundred images of herself would appear all at once, running and jumping around the entire battlefield. She'd have no trouble mixing in with them as they passed around each other and behind various obstacles. For now, she'd just see how this little tactic fared before actually going on the offensive.
__ Tetsuhiko stared through the eyes of the puppet and saw clearly in front of him and was quite puzzled. "Where is she?" He thought with a sigh before he saw her dash into the savannah from the forested area. Immediately, he waved his left hand and Io flew ten feet in the air towards the savanna. Tetsuhiko noticed the numerous copies of Zhi appear and begin running around, which was a tad disorienting. Io's bull chariot's mouth then opened and revealed a cannon which dispensed a twenty-foot plume of flame. The raging bull's fire breath made contact with the dry grass of the savannah and set it alight. In a matter of a few seconds, that whole portion of the arena would be on fire. The flamethrower's stream of flame moved along to the right and made contact with the forest which would also work to destroy that area. This forest would take longer to destroy, but the fire had spread across it. It would take some time to T-fizzle out on its own, but two large portions of the arena were now unusable not to mention the fact that clones in those two areas were likely destroyed by the flamethrower. The audience roared as they noticed this marvelous piece of pyrotechnics. "Behold the glorious special effects! What a grand performance! This...is...my...art!" He yelled in a gruff, metallic voice as it echoed through the steel king. His eyes widened completely in resemblance to a puppet as he grinned.
In a circle around Caesar four hundred and fifty pounds of iron sand appeared for Tetsuhiko to utilize for defensive or offensive purposes later. This line of defense would be simple to manipulate in a quick pinch if necessary. Zhi may then hear the sound of pipe organ music emanating from the metal puppets' mouths. This music would start slowly and steadily pick up in tempo as the rest of the battle would go on. The iron organs installed into the chests of Io and Hera had their keys pressed in by a specialized magnetic field of Tetsuhiko's own invention. "Nothing like a beautiful music piece for this performance of war!" Tetsuhiko was very pleased with how beautifully the fight was going so far. In addition to this, he began to think strategically as he directed the production. "I know she's fast so it'll be hard to hit her and she also has those arrows, I saw her blow a big chunk of the ground to oblivion earlier. She probably has plenty of Ninjutsu and Genjutsu on top of even that. I also have to watch my back better in this fight than I did in the spar. Good thing she doesn't know the true extent of my abilities. Hopefully, I won't need the whole collection for this fight." He had to prove that a shinobi could create art while adhering to his duty. This battle might well begin the renaissance. He knew that Zhi wanted to win this fight just as much as him, she always had a powerful will. That would make this interesting, but he had something to prove to his family, his love Sadayo, and to the village as a whole that he was a great artist and a splendid ninja at the same time. Now was his moment!
__ It definitely seemed that Tetsuhiko's chosen battle formation was intended to act like a sort of impregnable fortress. If nothing else, that sounded like a challenge worth accepting. How would she go about it? Ooops! Not much time to think about it with that floating bull puppet coming after her toward the savanna. Luckily, she didn't intend to go far into it, especially as she saw a blast of flames coming down from the sky to set the whole place ablaze. Strategy? Nope, time to just act on hyperactive whims. As Zhi passed behind the nearest boulder she'd prepare the jinton chakra needed to deliver her to her opponent's fancifully might doorstep. Her speed release version of the body flicker would carry her past Tetsuhiko on the side where Io was no longer present to usefully protect him, and a simple turn in the unthinkably fast maneuver would then place her just behind and to the right of Caesar. Terrifying as the worn puppet armor was, she would have already finished the hand seals for the speed release's version of the Ecological Technique in mid movement, executing the technique at the moment she reappeared all thanks to the ability to perform hand seals at unmatched speed. The Enlightened Hand Seals would still be of use for a second technique's preparation even after everything within about ninety feet of Zhi, including herself experienced a significant drag on their ability to move.
The sounds of burning fields, pipe organs and all the other background hooplah would also be susceptible to this slowing, compacting them into indefinable murrs and inharmonious hums which polluted the vicinity. Zhi was keeping tabs on each notable threat with her sensory all the same. Theatrics aside, it was time for Suna's number one hyperactive oddball to show off too. That second technique would take effect by the time her second foot landed on the concrete upon ending the body flicker. Zhi's body disintegrated into an electrical flash that bolted right into the backside of Caesar. BZZZTT. The static noise was also blurred in the paradoxical slowing field. 'How's this!?' Her lightning transformation would normally be capable of just bouncing off of something like a puppet's body, but the puppeteer provided such magnificent conductive material for this endeavor! Zhi would attempt to dive through its intricate frame and exit to the interior where she'd aggressively bounce from one inner wall to the next until Tetsuhiko and her shared a shocking embrace. There wasn't far he could run while trapped inside his own creation with her, or while at such a disadvantage despite their "equal" footing in degenerated mobility.
Meanwhile, Zhi's remaining Haze Clones- the maybe sixty that would survive the savanna and forest being set on fire- turned their attention on Tetsuhiko instead of mindlessly running amok. All of them came running from everywhere but the burning lands to directly engage. Then again, there wasn't much a mob of illusions could actually do besides try to look intimidating. But seriously!? Have you seen Zhi? Yeah, she's too damn cute to scare anyone just because she ran at you. Doing it in slow motion would be downright hilarious. Oh well. What else could she do with them right now?

__ While Zhi was evading the curtains of flames the flamethrower had ceased after the carnage of the savanna and forest. The grass and the trees were completely engulfed in a worsening flame which spread and destroyed all biological material in its path. By now the leaves atop the trees of the forest were completely burned into an ashy oblivion with their trunks singed. Numerous clones were killed during the fire attack to those sections of the arena as well. The sections of the battlefield that were suitable for combat had shrunk by half under Tetsuhiko's own terms. He was truly a master strategist and a puppeteering genius who knew how to manipulate the chessboard and direct the stage to his benefit.
The Iron Prince suddenly heard unexpected movement behind him and immediately detached the five strings from Io and attached them to Caesar leading to a C-Rank barrier of chakra to coat the twenty-foot diameter around him. Caesar completely turned his body to face the direction where the unexpected noise came from for the sake of facing the threat once the barrier was up. After this occurred, Tetsuhiko could see the world around him slow exponentially as noise became harder to decipher. "What's going on? Everything is so...slow. I thought she was all about being fast, why is she making it slow? There's nothing worse than character inconsistency with the plot, how clunky. Alas, what a horrible theme!" He noticed that his thoughts and reflexes were about the same as before, but his immediate vicinity was in a peculiar slow motion almost akin to being inside of a snow globe.
The lightning bolt form Zippy would then likely clash with the chakra barrier from the device inside of Caesar's skull that Tetsuhiko had conjured and she would probably bounce off of it. The sphere had enough chakra to easily repel her and she would likely slowly fly backward. The puppeteer was also prepared to enhance the shield on incredibly short notice if necessary. "Trying to get around the puppets, what a tragic cliché!" He spoke referring to her using the incredibly common tactic of directly attacking the puppeteer while Tetsuhiko had already cleverly considered it. Inside of the chakra shield was still the ring of iron sand which he could raise as another line of defense in a matter of a second. In this moment Zhi might notice a hundred senbon raining from the sky down upon her in rows of five from a powerful cannon in the bull's mouth that Tetsuhiko magnetically manipulated rather than through thread use as Io approached. In fact, he did this with all actions on his puppets in order to conserve chakra spent on kugutsu string activations, another level of his nuanced puppeteering techniques. Hera also turned and flew up over the barrier and fired about twenty-five rounds of kunai forward towards the spunky lightning bolt lass in quick succession.
__ Io's flame attack would barely be in the earliest stages of its effect by the time Zhi was initiating her attack upon Caesar and its puppeteer cargo. Nothing burned as fast as she could run, that would be inconceivable! Zhi could sense the threads connected to the bull puppet disappear as her lightning transformation took effect. She knew he wouldn't respond before her Ecological Technique took effect since he was so busy burning the arena down, but the twenty foot diameter chakra shield that started forming around the puppet was interesting. It's formation was equally slowed like everything else, but since Zhi was already right beside the puppet when she transformed into lightning it wouldn't do much to deter her final approach. She wondered if it would've been possible to just put the protective chakra around the puppet's metal flesh instead, but saw that no attempt to do so was made and proceeded as planned. With only their mental ability unaffected, it would be hard to respond to the electrical flash suddenly shooting out of the cockpit's inner wall. Obviously, any metallic obstacle was futile too since she could conduct herself this far through his artsy contraptions. Heck, when she was inside Tetsuhiko was still busy trying to figure out why things were slower. He needed to trust his instincts just a little more.
Zhi's electrical body would dive right at Tetsuhiko from behind and if she connect she'd fly right through him to the other side. The shock would be painful, and likely debilitate him for a moment, but hardly fatal to any capacity. She would end up kneeling inside the puppet facing its master with both hands held out toward him. The chakra prepared for the Extreme Decapitating Air Waves technique was easily done as she regained her corporeal form. As well, the jinton chakra coursing through her central nervous system granted a worthwhile boost to her thought processing which she'd have no trouble adjusting to her slowed body. The small space capable of holding up to three people would become flooded with violent air currents mostly aimed toward the backside of the compartment. "Zankyokukuuha!" If he could somehow manage to protect himself at this point, then he wouldn't have to face the brunt of a wind that could demolish sturdy structures and even boulders at point blank. If he failed to though, he'd be blasted out of the backside of Caesar and into the dilapidated buildings beyond that. Even if they were both slow, Zhi had the advantage of being capable of making up for it.

__ The lightning bolt would directly hit its target on Caesar and shock through it completely as the chakra shield deactivated. Once Zhi appeared inside of the marionette she might notice that in Tetsuhiko's place was Io faced towards her who immediately activated her flamethrower and turned the inside of the iron puppet into a blast furnace. This happened as Zhi used her decapitating airwave which increased the air pressure in the condensed space to make it even more deadly for any living being inside of the puppet. The flame inside of the marionette was roughly one thousand and eight hundred degrees Fahrenheit while the melting point of the iron puppets was around two thousand and eight hundred degrees. The powerful airwaves would make contact with Io's upper body while the bull's mouth faced more downwards and breathed fire into the cramped space. Io was dismounted and forcefully detached from the heavy iron chariot and flew out of Caesar's back. The bull still remained to administer the attack. Tetsuhiko could not see what was going on inside, but he was certain that this tactic worked as he saw Io's body fly out while the flame blast was set off inside for Zhi to try to avoid.
Tetsuhiko himself had appeared in the air where Io was and caused him to descend down to earth. He landed safely on the concrete ground considering that it was not any more than ten feet above the surface. He stood safely behind Hera who he could use in a defensive pinch. In that moment the shuriken inside of Zhi's leg pouch would be magnetically forced into her left thigh. It would be unlikely that she could avoid this simple attack because the pouch was directly attached her body and the shuriken would easily and instantly pierce through the bag and the tights. The shuriken would at least scratch her skin and cause minor bleeding if not completely forced into her leg. This was far from a fatal attack, but perhaps it would slow her down a bit.
__ Zhi detected a sudden burst of chakra coming from her target within the puppet she was about to infiltrate, and it would result in Tetsuhiko reappearing over where that flame throwing, bull-like puppet was. Well fine! Zhi instead conducted herself to the outside of Caesar, ending the transformation as soon as she ended up on its shoulder, but she wouldn't even be visible for a moment as she vanished into another body flicker. Completed hand seals for her strongest jinton technique, the Many, Many Stars, were completed mid-transit, halving the speed of all airborne objects in Zhi's vicinity- including the descending Tetsuhiko who was still under the influence of her Ecological Technique. A powerful shockwave was unleashed from the point that she jumped toward Tetsuhiko at full speed, more than capable of sending both Caesar (as well as Io inside) flying back into the buildings behind them. Not able or willing to stop, Zhi would crash right into Tetsuhiko and send them both sprawling into the burning savanna fields. The crash in itself would be enough to rattle the puppeteer, but the following shockwave would also deafen and stun him for a short while after as well as send him flying a lot further away than Zhi. She'd flip herself upright as best she could, ending up barely managing to roll into an area of the savanna that was not yet touched but rather well encircled by the flames. It wouldn't be long before that changed, though. She'd focus in on where her opponent was launched with her sensory abilities, predicting that he'd end up pretty close to the edge of the ring.

__ Before Io could release the flames Caesar was electrocuted and suddenly blasted back in Zhi's wake. They were thrown far but slow enough that they would not yet hit the wall because of more odd movement slowing. When this happened the doors in Caesar's back flew open. As Tetsuhiko saw the sonic hellion flying towards him with no real way to avoid it he substituted and Io, the tragic priestess appeared in his place once again. Zhi would make full contact with Io and she would fly to the other end of the ring towards the outer end of the geysers.
Tetsuhiko was now inside of his puppet armor once again with a B-Rank and incredibly powerful chakra shield coating the marionette's steel skin instantaneously. The doors of Caesar's back also closed and locked with five strings still attached to the puppet from within. The marionette attached to his other hand, Hera then had a B-rank amount of chakra poured into the devices in her heels.With that, she took off in a sprint at triple her current speed towards Zhi to close the gap between them. "I had hoped I wouldn't have to show Zippy the wrath of the Queen, oh well..." He thought as the incredibly heavy iron puppet suddenly moved with incredible ease and speed. The grace and ferocity of the Queen of the Iron Funeral Collection were truly breathtaking. The mechanism allowed Hera to compensate for the slow down.
__ Although Zhi knew he'd try to weasel his way out of this one, she also knew that there was no way for him to evade. No, defending would have been his only chance to get out of taking the full brunt of her attack this time but that tactic apparently wasn't on his mind at the time. As intended, Zhi would crash into Tetsuhiko with all her might and send him rolling away through the burning fields he'd created. The sonic boom that struck him would leave him stunned for only a short while afterward, a lot like when she used this technique on her mother during training. It was also likely that he'd be deafened with an intense ringing in his ears. This was her chance! "Radical Good Speed..." No holding back! When Zhi landed she would vanish one more time for a finishing assault. Another jinton-powered Body Flicker would carry her through the burning fields to where Tetsuhiko fell. "HYPERSONIC!!" A heated sonic boom would catch up to her again and the resulting blast of abruptly ended momentum would surely send him flying out of the arena toward the walls diving the match from the spectators.

__ When he was hit with the intense momentum he magnetized his own iron sand clothing on contact with as much chakra as he could muster (B-Rank) as a last resort. When he flew back he was able to use the magnetic field to abruptly stop himself from being thrown into the burning area of the arena. He simply fell onto the central platform as he slowed his descent with a magnetic field. Once he landed he was disoriented and sore from the attack with a hard ringing in his ears. "Ugggghhhh." He said in a stunned pain as he twitched the fingers on his left hand to summon Caesar to him with a body flicker applied through his iron organ. When Caesar instantly appeared Tetsuhiko entered while Io exited and the doors shut behind him. With that,a B-Rank chakra shield coated every inch of Caesar's skin. He would now wait out this body stunning.

I just want to note it for later judgement because you had the idea that you could slow down everything, including my puppets when all it does is slow down people to academy student level. That alone calls into serious question the foundation of a lot of your actions in the battle thus far.
__ After finally connecting an attack Zhi was a little surprised that her opponent was still able to muster enough control to still utilize that suffocating magnetic chakra that continued to maintain presence throughout the battle. Him being able to stop himself meant that she wouldn't go nearly as far as anticipated either. 'Not so fast! Heehee...' As they both fell she completed another set of hand seals faster than the eye could follow to enact another use of the Many, Many Stars greatly staggering Tetsuhiko's descent in comparison to her own. Zhi landed inside the outer edge of the central platform as Caesar was summoned near where its master would touch down. Zhi vanished into her jinton Body Flicker to take full advantage of her opponent's disposition while she could. Zhi jumped to make use of the one possible change of direction she could do with this technique when she reached the point where he would land, thrusting herself into Tetsuhiko's back with another full-powered Hypersonic tackle. Caesar and his cargo would be again be tumbled by the building-wrecking forces of the resulting sonic boom. Since he was already having a variety of difficulty keeping up with her at this point, and due to him being in the process of recovering from the last stunning assault, Zhi was mostly positive that she could manage to make this work further in her favor. If not, this would immediately become soooooo much harder to pull off. Still, it would be a good story for her parents. Mama probably wouldn't get mad since she wasn't outdone in speed, but more likely just in endurance. Pacing herself was never her strong suit.

__ As they fell another B-Rank amount of chakra was instantly added to his Satetsu clothing because he knew she would go in for another speedy counterattack. It would take less than a second for his chakra to be once again applied to the iron sand fibers stitched within his elegant clothing. When she quickly came in for a tackle she would hit his armored clothing and the damage would be mitigated once again by matching her chakra attack with his equal chakra defense. Once she made contact with him and, logically, the iron sand in his clothes he immediately applied a Satetsu technique to her on the instantaneous contact. His ears were ringing and he was stunned, but he was still able to do basic chakra manifestation. That could only be taken away from him with complete paralysis or death,neither of which truly applied in this case. "I...will not...give up!" His determination was clear, he was not only an artist, he was a shinobi of Sunagakure and he would never quit.

__ Another direct hit, but she could tell that Tetsuhiko wasn't really taking any damage. The magnetic chakra flowing through his clothes made it clear that he was still adequately protected even in this state. Still, this time he didn't catch himself to float around. Zhi could feel some exhaustion creeping up on her, so she either put everything into this or risked total failure. Her hands flashed through one more sets of hand seals near-instantly after reapplying the needed chakra for her Enlightened Hand Signs skill. This about the ever-costly Many, Many Stars for a third time to take effect on all airborne entities around her, namely her opponent. Zhi also reused her Lightning Transformation to quickly close the gap between them, as well as negate the minor magnetic chakra directly affecting her, moving even faster than the last time since the Ecological Technique was not longer in effect. However, rather than aiming to make contact and risk her attack being blocked like the last two, Zhi would release the transformation at the very moment she was right in front of Tetsuhiko. Both of her hands' palms would be mere inches away from his back as she unleashed her strongest wind technique, "Zankyokukuuha!" A massive blast of pressurized air would be released from Zhi's palms with the clear intent to strike Tetsuhiko. If it hit then he'd be blasted away and down into the the burning savanna like she originally planned. This technique had enough power to be able to do a significant amount of damage to even his puppets, despite it being only above average in ranked power. Protecting himself in the same way as before only left the unclothed areas of his body as vulnerable as the rest. It was only a matter of time until the head trauma from impact forces and repetitive whiplash might catch up.
