Age: You already have one very young teacher. I will feel more comfortable if you made this employee character 25 or older.
Weight: Because he is very tall and you mention him as "bulk" the weight you are putting him actually makes him super skinny like unhealthy skinny. A man with a small frame at 6'1'' should weight about 150 (at minimum) and a bulkier men would weight about 170-180. This means that Aislin is almost 40-50 pounds under the recommended weight for his height. Please make his weight more appropriate.
Personality: what concerns me is his "without filter" personality. What exactly is this implying? Aislin comes off a little bit immature, but I will explain more of that in my final summary.
Strengths: While I guess it makes sense to mention that he took self-defense classes because of his bullying, it still feels odd that you placed some emphasis on his ability to "drop most people in a fight" it comes off like he might get into fights later on (which is a huge NO and would cause most adult characters to be removed). I just want you to keep this in mind. Also why have you mentioned Flirting as a strength? Is he going to flirt with all the boys? all the male teachers? flirt with the girls or female employees? This sounds very odd and I want to understand what is the purpose for him having a strength in flirting?
Weaknesses: I have to ask again, what do you mean he shoots his mouth off? Does he do this to other adults? does he talk back to the kids? It comes off like he's the type of a guy to look for a fight. Also please remove the mention of Pokemon Go and is liking Dulce de Leche really a weakness? How is he addicted to this? If it has no purpose then I think that would go better in the "Likes" section than the weaknesses.
Biography: Biggest thing here: He cannot be a Lamia district resident nor can he be from the Evren Region. Please understand that this region and the districts are fictional places that I (the Guild Captain) have created. You don't know this region because it belongs to me and I have not given out enough information for anyone to make assumptions about the places I have created. Please remove this immediately.
Final Notes: Aislin comes off as very immature. His profiles reads more like he's a Freshmen in College than a graduate. I can see him being more than a friend to the students than a role model. Also because of the type of position he's applying for it does not sound like being a Librarian would fit him at all. He doesn't seem to have patience and I'm really worried about this "no filter" description. You mention he's loud and very outgoing which almost seems like he's not really fit for the position of a librarian, but rather of a gym teacher. At the moment there aren't any qualities that make me believe he would be a fit for the job. The parts about education are just dropped in bits here and there, but they're not focused on at all. Also please understand that as a Librarian he would be spending most of his time in the Library. Just like the Nurse is expected to be in the Nurse's Office or the Day-Care Assistant in the Day-Care.
Suggestions: I would suggest toning him down a little. Make him older, more mature, have more control over his feelings. Remove the parts about him being a flirt, or having issues with filter or authority. At the moment this character almost seems like a copy of Harvey (young, quick-witted, proud, and still a lot of growing up to do). Also, change his biography and remove any mentions of living in the Lamia district or the Evren Region. I would also suggest changing his picture. That's how I picture him actually coming in to the Library rather than wearing professional attire.
Aislin is a very interesting character, but he would fit better as a student than an adult. The job just does not seem to fit him at all. Personality:Coming from a relatively large family Ash is social and fiercely protective of his own. He's the kind of friend who will fight for you without a second thought. He can be rather hotheaded which only fuels his protectiveness. Being the middle child Ash was often left alone. This gave Ash some an independent streak. Strengths: Ash can handle himself in a conversation and is very quick-witted. Playing soccer and dancing lessons have left him with a highly athletic build. He's a linguistics buff, as well as a history buff and is well versed in knowledge of these two things. Working in ( and spending so much time in) libraries he has quick memory recall ( after years of reading and reading and having to look for books by the dewey decimal system, it's build up) He also took Judo while growing up to help with bullying. Because of who he is Ash has developed an unwavering pride in who he is and a willingness to stand for what he believes in. He is fluent in Spanish and French, as well as ASL ( took it in college). He has some basic ( high school level) knowledge of Japanese due to studying a semester in Jotho. Biography: Ash's mother's family hails from Kalos, His father immigrated to Kalos for work related reasons and met his mother. Together they raised five children, of which Aislin is the third. Ash had a fairly nice childhood. He endured bullying and scorn due to his orientation but had his family to help him and with so many siblings and cousins it was hard to feel lonely. Growing up around mostly educated women and men who knew better than to argue with them, his orientation was never much of an issue for his family, despite the fact that they were Catholic. He realized he was trans at age seven ( he kept lining up with the boys in pre-k) and transitioned ( from female to male) rather painlessly. His parents put him on puberty blockers while he was still in primary school and he presented as a boy the rest of his life starting on Testosterone as he entered high school. Again, he faced some scorn but having educated parents and a large family, he was allowed to be himself without much trouble. It helped that his uncle was a lawyer. Anyone that tried to stop Ash from being himself could easily find themselves in a legal battle. ( it's against the law to discriminate based on orientation. Ash's family made sure he always knew that) He kept the name Aislin grateful that it was a unisex name and carried on with his life. When asked what he was he answered truthfully "I'm a boy" Between legal protection and common decency however, it wasn't as though anyone could hassle him. Because he transitioned early his driver's license and other identification all show Ash as a boy ( which is good since he is one) so no one really really had any reason to give him a hard time over it.
Ash's parents were killed in a robbery walking back home one night. Ash was 17, and was present at the time having just come home from a semester abroad in Jhoto. This left him with severe P.T.S.D. fortunately, he was taken to a shrink and had his family for support. Ash was in for years of strife but with his family behind him he found the tools he needed and was able to finish his studies.
The family came together after the tragedy and gave the Montero De Loup children the option of living with any of their relatives. Ash needed a change. He packed his bags and attended university in Santiago Chile with an uncle, living there until he finished getting his degree. He also finished transitioning around age 19. ( although as far as Ash is concerned, he's always been a boy)
When it came to what his major was Ash was undecided. Having grown up around mostly educated people he been exposed to a lot of options. His aunt was a doctor, his cousin a nurse, his uncle a lawyer. He could do any of these things. It was right after he lost his parents however that he found his path. Due to his family valuing education he often spent most of his time at the local library. It certainly helped that libraries were quiet, since he could avoid triggers there. The programs and people there helped him through a hard time in his life. He came to realize libraries were valuable places, they offered programs and services to homeless people, after school programs for children, and movies and music to people who wouldn't be able to afford them. For Ash, who had had the luxury of a supporting family through everything he had been through, this meant so much more. The people that sought refuge in the library, from the kids with too-busy parents to lgtb youth like himself, didn't seem to have that. The library was a shelter for those who, unlike him, didn't have always have a good home to go to. He decided right there and then that he wanted to do that for people. He wanted to be in charge of a place like that. He wanted to be a librarian. People said he couldn't do it, that he shouldn't do it. With a family with so many graduates, a job as a librarian seemed rather small. "You're smarter than that" they said "meant for more" Ash didn't listen to them, he knew what he wanted to do. He worked in the college library while he studied and became even more convinced that it was what he wanted to do in life. He also became acquainted with the library system. He took the proper program and became a certified librarian. His sister told him a school was opening and that they needed a librarian. Also as far as his interests go, they're just hobbies. I've added how he became enamored with the idea of being a librarian ( spending days in the public library after his parents' deaths and understanding how important they were) so hopefully that makes it more clear that while he may enjoy soccer and socializing, the library is where his heart is at. My boys are professional. Their personalities won't interfere with their jobs, no matter what that personality is. You can rest assured of that. Also since Aislin spent so much time in libraries he knows that's where he'll be spending most of his time. He's okay with it, and so am I 3nodding

I will be the judge of that 3nodding since we had a small problem with Harvey, you understand why I'm a little concerned, but so long as I see that this character will not bring any problems to the guild then he'll be a good addition to the Ordell Academy team.
Thank you for making the changes that I suggested, it really polished the profile. However, upon reading it a couple more times some things started popping out at me that I had noticed in my earlier review.
Weaknesses: You mention that he's a goof, why is that a weakness? You follow up by saying that he makes jokes in a discussion, but that's not really a bad thing (at least not something I would label as a weakness). Do you mean that he's inappropriate? Are his jokes perhaps inappropriate? Why is joking a weakness of him? I need to know more information such as whether his goofiness prevents him from doing his job (I would not consider that a weaknesses). You also mention that he cares a lot about his family and that can be used against him. Again, this is kind of odd because normally most people would be defensive about their families so I can't say its a weakness wanting to protect your loved one. However, the fact that you mention that this can be used against him only seems to work if someone was trying to threaten him with his family which I don't see happening. Are you saying that he's super super super sensitive about his family that he would get aggressive with anyone who talks about his family? (that would fall under anger issues which I would consider a weakness) I need more context about the two weaknesses I mentioned above, they just don't really fall under a weakness, but rather they come off as fillers so that his weakness section doesn't look so small compared to his strengths.
Biography: This is actually a combination of his complex PTSD and his parents death (since you mention they are tied together). Okay, so from what I understand, Complex PTSD (also known as C-PTSD or Complex Trauma) is a PTSD that's a result from prolonged trauma or repetitive abuse such as abandonment, hostage situations, domestic abuse, and/or neglect. The whole thing behind this PTSD is that it places a person in a situation where they are constantly being harmed in a physical and/or mental way. A parents' death (especially a sudden one) would not cause this trauma to happen unless Aislin's parents were mistreating him. This kind of trauma fits prisoner of wars or children that have been abused. Also I wanted you to help me clarify something. Did Aislin witness his parents being shot? The biography is a little confusing in this part because you mention his parents dying and then the next sentence is that Aislin was 17 and he was studying abroad. Does this mean that Aislin was in Johto when his parents were shot or did he go to Johto after his parent's death? This is a very big piece of information that needs to be cleared because if Aislin was not present to see his parents getting shot then how did he develop PTSD? He was not a witness so how could he be traumatize over an event that he was not present for? I would believe he was depressed, but not develop PTSD. Also, when does he have these episodes? They are quite violent sometimes and people with PTSD very often do not live a good life or at least not a cheerful one like Aislin seems to have. Not only can he be a danger to himself, but to the students around him. I need more information on this PSTD and how often it happens and why or how was it developed.
Likes: This is actually more of curiosity, but you mention that he likes flying on his pokemon, but his only pokemon capable of flying is Togekiss. Aislin is 6 feet tall, does that mean his Togekiss is 7 or 8 feet tall? o.O

Most of the family has pink or red ( recessive) hair. Most of the family are college graduate They value education a lot. Originate from Kalos, and South America but have relations spread out throughout the regions. Aislin, his siblings and cousins are second generation immigrants on the Montero side. On his De Loup side they have a bit of irish blood ( hence why Aislin's name is Irish) Aislin's Maternal Grandfather. Benny Chadwick De Loup served as a general in the Kalos military. His maternal grandmother was a nurse. His paternal grandfather owns a travel agency. His maternal grandmother worked in law. They're kinda loaded. sweatdrop They speak mostly French and Spanish. They celebrate Posadas together ( starting in December 5th and carrying until Christmas Night). Each day celebration is spent in a different family home. Despite being Hispanic-Catholic, Aislin's family also has some french traditions, such as Yule Log burning and celebrating Epiphany. Christma Day is also spent as a family. They attend mass together. While the family's produced a couple of battleheads ( one of them being Aislin himself) and some pokemon researchers, they are as whole, not that influenced by trainer culture.

Also tends to cook his own meals. He tends to make them ahead of time in case he has no time or energy to cook for a few days. His fridge is always stocked with home cooked goodness.
Always seems to be on the move. When he's not working, he's either he's kicking a soccer ball around in the field or cooking or dancing around to music.
Absently pets Equis when the meowstic curls up on his lap.
Calls his sister every day after work.
Calls his uncle every other week.
Plays Fantasy Battling online.
Feeds Lileep and talks to her every day after work.
Cleans out her tank by-weekly.
Lets Clara out to fly in the mornings before heading in to work.
Goes grocery shopping almost every week.
Snaps his fingers when he has an idea.
Works out and practices judo when his job permits it.
Hits the snooze button four times before getting up.
Goes to mass on Sundays.
Gives up sweets and books for Lent.

The Road so far:
Ages 1-17, Shalour City-Kalos.
Aislin was born and raised in Shalour City. Born to a rather affluent family he was known for being full of energy and attended the local school alongside his twin sister.
He and his older brother used to 'play battle' with the kids in the neighborhood. They also played soccer. Pick up games with neighborhood kids. Aislin joined a local league in his hometown.
When he was starting school, he kept lining up with the boys. He told his twin sister he was really a boy and eventually his parents caught on to the fact that Aislin was transgender.
They let him cut his hair and dress however he wanted. The school had some troubles so Aislin was transferred. His twin sister went with him.
Shoping trips became a tradition after that. Aislin would often beg to go with his older brother. They'd go every end of summer, right before school.
He always hated mass. Only because he had to sit still for at least an hour. He was constantly talking to his friends and sister and constantly getting into trouble for it.
When he was nine, they dared him to jump into the fountain outside his church. He did it.
He would constantly help his mother in the kitchen, despite liking to watch soccer with his dad. While he transitioned, he went trough a phase when he wanted to stay out of the kitchen ( everyone kept saying it was a place for girls and Aislin was not a girl) Eventually, he wised up and realized it was dumb to not do something he loved because of what people thought.
Posadas were the funnest time in the history of ever. All his aunts and uncles came over. It was weeks of nonstop food and dancing and family. Manhunt with cousins and kisses from grandma. ( and to this day Aislin is happiest on Christmas time) Villancicos sung off key with panderas and maracas and the lights of the nativity scene calling him home like the star of Bethlehem.
He received his first pokemon at age 10. It was a togepi. Aislin named it Clara. His sister in turn received a Phampy.
He figured out he was aromantic when his twin started looking at people in a romantic way while Aislin did not.
In high school, Aislin discovered he was sexually attracted to guys but never wanted them in any romantic way. He was unsure of how to deal with this. Becuase of this, Aislin started just flirting with everyone and avoiding serious relationships. He saw his friendships as relationships, particularly Alvin, a boy he had known since his freshmen year. Aislin didn't know it but Alvin was his first crush and deep platonic relationship. They called each other best friends, but Aislin put him above every other relationship. He couldn't imagine anyone topping it just because they were 'romantic' His parents were shot in front of him which...screwed him up pretty badly. Aislin started seeing a shrink a couple of weeks after the funeral. Her name was Daniel, a friend of his aunt's who worked in Psychiatry alongside her. This was the year Aislin was given a therapy pokemon to help him deal with his new mental disability. He named it Profesor Equis, after a well known comic book telepath. The name was eventually shortened to Equis. After a few months, Aislin and his siblings wanted to move on. His sister moved to a relative's house in Kalos alongside his younger siblings. His older brother was already out of the house. Aislin wanted to get as far away from his parent's house and community as possible and asked to move with his Tio Tino in Santiago Chile.
18-20 Santiago Chile. Earning his associates. With a plan already in his head as to what he wanted to do, Aislin took on a full load of credits. Four classes per semester. He spent a lot of time with his cousins and came to see his uncle's house as a second home.
He found a couple of tourists taking a lileep out of the water, hurting the pokemon to take selfies with it. He ended up punching them to let the pokemon go. ( it didn't help that they were drunk. Probably spring breakers with too little brain in their alcohol) His uncle got him out of trouble ( he was a lawyer after all) but warned him to keep himself in check from then on. Aislin promised and built a tank for his new pokemon.
Aislin attended a private college in Santiago Chile and graduated after two years with an Associate's Degree.
20-22 Earning his Bachelor's.
22-25 Becoming certified.
Adventrures in Ordell
Year 1 > After 3 excruciating interviews, Aislin was accepted for a position in the new academy. He unpacked, called his sister and headed straight to work Settling into the schedule he quickly came to meet some of the staff. He met Harvey Bennett the first day he went out to the city. The two happened to hit on the same person and casually hooked up in a threesome. After finding out they were co-workers the two decided to remain aquaintaces and keep that night to themselves. Aislin quickly met and befriended Dominico, the school janitor after he came in to dust the bookshelves. The Frenchman hit on the older man and was pleasantly surprised when he seemed to take it well. He left work thinking that maybe, being stuck inside all day wouldn't be so bad. During an outing before Spring Break, Aislin suffered from a PTSD flashback. The episode left him shaky and unable to really get out of bed for a couple of days. He's had a couple of nightmares since and is still fighting his way through some bad days. Things started looking up when Nick visited the library again, this time talking with Aislin through the afternoon. Nick talked about how he had read The Prince and The Pauper as a kid, and Aislin explained that Mark Twain considered himself a chronicler of grim realities but still left happy endings. He explained to Nick that he believed this was because there was always reason for hope, thinking back to his parent's shooting and how that left him hopeless. Nick replied that he believed in hard work which never let him down. ( Ash wondered if faith had let him down before but didn't dare ask) Aislin explained his own beliefs, that hard work may keep you alive, but hope made life worth living. He also helped Nick check out some books, since the older man explained he had been meaning to get back into reading. Aislin walked back with a small smile on his face and a decidely warm feeling, after seeing Nick. .
