Calder: Calder swore to rise above the clumsiness that his family was prone to. He views himself as more awesome and cooler than anyone else, and has an inflated view of himself.

Curare: Bi-polar lioness. She's a tough nut who likes to be an arrogant a*****e. She's gruff and usually doesn't like anyone. She'll fight you or try to get in your way. Her claws and fangs are her way of showing what she is made of. She has very few alliances. Becoming a Reaver has made her feel somewhat powerful. She's comfortable with her station for now.

Name: Sarin
Meaning: After Sarin gas used in Toyko subway attack.
Personality: Sarin isn't exactly what you would call nice. In fact it would be fair to say she is a bit of a b***h. She is capable of love, she loves her parents she love her sibling and one day she will love her mate and children. She is also fiercely protective of those she loves. She is smart as a whip and a little sadistic in her ways she is definitely not someone you want to tick off.
What she wants in life as she gets older: She wants to rise through the ranks and do it quickly. She plans on being a Reaver in her adolescence and then a captain as a young adult. She is set to prove how strong females are.
Future rank: Reaver -> Captain.

Name: Zambezi
Meaning: From the African zambezi flower tail (otherwise known as Poison Rope; scientific name: strophanthus kombe) to mimic her facial marking. ;D
Personality: Zambezi is what could only be described as being... a grouch. Her temperament, while short, is a no-nonsence, independent kind. She follows the rules, loves her family, and all that great stuff but Zambezi hasn't been able to find a purpose for herself. Her motivation in life has been dull, having little interest in learning a trade for herself. Instead, she skulks about her duties, quietly simmering in her resentment for not being happier like everyone else.
What she wants in life as she gets older: I'd like for her meet someone to shift her interest in the world--perhaps a mentor or a romantic relationship--to trigger her to pursue either lawspaker or priestess. I'm thinking her meeting an older lion, maybe someone who will eventually be killed off?
Future rank: Freeborn, but eventually Lawspeaker or Priestess!

Name: Belladonna
Meaning: It's a poisonous plant, the name of which derives from italian origins and means "Beautiful Woman".
Personality: There's just something about her that gives her family, or siblings at least, the sneaking suspicion that she takes after mom - just a little. She's a vain, tough, snarky little thing, and she can go from perfectly happy one minute to plotting your demise with a glare hot enough to take your head off. She's not one for shouting; no, as loud as she can be, it's when she's quiet that you need to keep an eye on your food... and your back.
What she wants in life as she gets older: As an adult, her main concern I believe would be finding a male that's worthy of her time and obvious beauty. One that heeds her every beck and call and does as she demands without hesitation, because she deserves to be served and pampered. So says the narcissistic little voice inside.

Meaning: Old Norse "Treachery"
(Sköll is a warg that chases the horses Árvakr and Alsviðr, that drag the chariot which contains the sun (Sól) through the sky every day, trying to eat her. Sköll has a brother, Hati, who chases Máni, the moon. Until the time of Ragnarök when they will swallow these heavenly bodies, after which Fenrir will break free from his bonds and kill Odin.)
Personality: Sly, sneaky and poisonous. She will whisper sweet nothings in a lion's ear, capture his heart and enslave him to herself. Then when he is soul is hers to play with she will toy with him, sending him out to do things for her that as often as not are the kind of acts that degrads a lion's soul. Once he is a used up husk she will discard him for the next love-lorn idiot she can ensnare.
What she wants in life as she gets older: She will become a reaver for the power to leave the pride. She wants thralls after all and only hand-picked ones are good enough for her. She will also become the posionous right hand to Captain Ragnvard, joining his band and becoming his second in command. She will use him as much as he will use her, and they will form the type of destructive love/hate relationship that only the truly cruel can enjoy. She craves power and influence, and Ragvard can give her both of those things with ease.
Future rank: Reaver to start, she may move to Captain but it depends on if she can get what she wants without going to that much effort, or until Ragnvard falls from his position and is of no more use to her.

Name: Eitr
Meaning: In Norse mythology, eitr is the substance the first giant, Ymir, was spawned from. Similarly, it is created by all serpents, noteable, Jormungandr. Eitr itself, while the source of life, is also a highly toxic poison.
Personality: Calculating, observant, manipulative. Eitr doesn't play nice unless she knows and can stand you. On good days, she's near friends and companions, avoiding frustration as possible. On bad days, she's a revenge-seeker. Look at her funny? Revenge. Say something she dislikes? Revenge. Ignore her? Revenge. Her revenge methods often include spreading lies and poisoning friendships instead of fighting - why soil her paws when she can make stupider lions do it for her?
What she wants in life as she gets older: Power. She wants it, give it to her. I never said she was realistic in her goals - just power hungryu. Dance puppets. Dance.

Personality: quiet and secretive, she uses her subtle colouring to hide and spy on others. She is dedicated to her cause, that cause being to become an entirely different type of reaver, a poisoner, and assassin.
What she wants in life as she gets older: she will have the ambition to be a reaver but unlike most reavers she will strive to use her skills instead of her strength to rise through the ranks. Taking a leaf, quite literally, out of her name she will hone her skills as a poisoner and possible assassin instead of a true muscle and claws fighter.

Name: Embla
Meaning: Elm Tree, Norse
Personality: She is like a tree, unmoving and unnerving. Loving the serenity of the earth's bounds, she dreams of singing so her fellow vikings and hear the voice of the earth. Although, her soothing voice can be felt like the winds against the waves. When one looks in to her eyes, she has a painfully mysteriousness about her. As if she were apart of an old soul from decades, now within the eyes of a cub. She thinks before she acts and watches before she reacts. Some will think her delayed in her actions, when really she is analyzing.
What she wants in life as she gets older: As she gets older, she will begin to understand the dynamics within her homes against the pride's. While her family can be clumsy and rough, she will try to stay neutral as much as possible. Even if this seems heartless at times, or cold. From this point, she will want to raise her favors to priestess but at the end of her life, she will find her true calling as a Bard.
Future rank: Bard ( or Priestess if not )

Name: Masumu
Meaning: Cobra in Sesotho
Personality: It depends on the lion she's talking to as to how Masumu will act. If she thinks it's worth her time, she'll be sweet and nice to a lion, especially higher-ranking lions. If she think they're beneath her, she'll speak to them with venom in her words. All others, she's frank and neutral, with the odd deviation into being conniving. She's the sort to start planning and plotting for a grand future.
What she wants in life as she gets older: She wants a Thrall that will do as she says, most of all. While she would REALLY love to have everybody at her command, she's happy to have at least one loyal Thrall at her side, in case things go wrong.
Future rank: Reaver... Though what she REALLY wants is to be Warlord to show how high her family can go.
