I figured out what flavor suits me perfectly: a very, very light butterscotch, almost sugar cookie in flavor density

If a cookie was to represent me, I think a Snickerdoodle would suit me best. Or a Lemon White Chocolate cookie - those are pretty good too.

I got some lemon extract to use in my icing for the upcoming Easter cookies. Last time I used almond extract and I didn't care for it much. Though other people enjoyed it fine.
