o.o Mushrooms taste like mushrooms. They're like lobster. You don't just eat em alone. You gotta cook em in something to bring out more of that natural flavor or dip em, like you dip lobster in butter. Fresh mushrooms taste really good cooked in butter. Why not cheese? I think the flavors could compliment each other.
