I started work on a chicken machine that's cheaper than usual. Problem is, I'm going to need a good amount of string. The spiders have been fairly sparse. I have, however, come across a skeleton spawner and a zombie spawn.
Work started on a channel for grinding the skeletons. The zombie spawn will be turned into a villager purifier. I saw a video for a super cheap one that'll work fine.
I have not seen any slimes. I'm kind of wondering if I will see them on this map at all.

I finished a skeleton grinder that will provide me with lots of bonemeal.
I also finished the mushroom tower, where you can grown mushrooms and break them, but I learned the red ones can be a bit dangerous if you stand too close. Now I have a steady source of mushrooms! Stew will not be an issue! Yay!
I managed to make the ceiling of the mushroom house look really cool! biggrin
I guess I should try catching and breeding bunnies next. There's a bunch around. My problem is the same as with the chicken cooker, though. I don't have enough string for the bows yet.
