Who can multitask with children?

Like why can't my SIL hold her son and talk on the phone at the same time?

Or why can't Daniel manage to go the day without turning on the tv for them?

Yup.

Like today. "Why isn't the kitchen cleaned? Why weren't you cleaning the kitchen? I started the living room!"

1.) I did all the dishes. I scrubbed the cast iron skillet that had caked on egg for fifteen minutes. I cleaned off all the countries and scrubbed them down and I did the table.

2.) I was at the store with Daniel because you asked us to pick up a few things.

3.) I spent two hours this morning watching all five kids because Daniel was asleep and you were at your fitness class.

4.) While I appreciate you cleaning the living room, because you were mostly doing because my parents are coming you've been saying you were going to clean it for weeks. The kitchen hasn't been CLEANED in a long time but I at least tidy up daily.


I think I just feel under appreciated. I mean I get thanked for taking care of the kids but SIL gets to do her fitness class. Daniel has his friends he hangs out with.They both sleep whenever they want but still want me to stay up late even though they know I have to wake up and can rarely nap. I feel like I'm giving but I'm not getting anything in return.
