As it turns out she and Iris were in fact roommates. Maria couldn’t have been more delighted. Needless to say the brunette had a good sleep with Lillipup at her feet. She didn’t wake up until her alarm sounded for morning. Stretching a bit Maria slid out of bed and went to get herself ready. She was wearing her red pajamas which would soon be switched for her school uniform. With everything unpacked for the most part it wasn’t hard to find everything. “Stay quiet Lillipup…” she told her in a whisper. Grabbing her stuff, she headed off to the bathroom.
Once in her uniform, Maria brushed out her hair and put it into a long flowing ponytail. Looking herself over, she supposed these colors worked for her. Finishing up she headed out of the bathroom and back to her dorm room where hopefully Iris would be awake. Returning Maria found Lillipup right where she left her. Getting her off the bed, Maria made her bed and placed her folded pajamas under her pillow. “Morning Iris, you want head down to the opening ceremony together?” she asked her roommate. She might as well ask right, if not that was cool too. She’d just make sure to save her a seat.

Iris traveled with her parents, Maria and Silvano to the train station. When she got there, she was reminded that her phone wasn't allowed. However, it was simply turned into a camera. She bit her lip knowing that she couldn't call her phone but with Silvano and Maria at her side, she didn't have that usually urge to cry. Her stomach was queasy but it calmed down and was replaced with the awe of looking at the water as they basically skidded across the water. Though she shared a cart with the other two, her focus was on the water and horizon until they arrived. The school was breathtaking. And so was the dorm. The moment that Iris realized that her and Maria were roommates, she smiled and squealed inwardly....
The day was great...Even she missed out on one friend, she maybe made two friends instead. Still....
Both Bebe and Iris were normally morning beings. Only beaten by her mother and Masaki since they didn't really sleep the night before. However, she and Bebe were still asleep, tuckered out from the events of the day before.
When she woke up, it was only because Bebe heard Maria in the bathroom. Iris was abruptly awaken, her hair in an array but made alert up. By the time, Maria was out of the bathroom, Iris was getting her stuff together. In her arms was her underclothes -shorts included- folded onto of her folded white blouse, plaided green and brown skirt, a green and brown ribbon. Iris smiled when Maria spoke to her.
"Sure, Iris replied. "I just need to get dress. Maybe we can get something to eat too. I'm...hungry" The last part was added in a low voice, on the off chance that her sudden mention of food made her seem like a glutton.
Iris smiled at herself as she walked into her room. It was the first and she was already hanging out with a friend. How cool was that. Iris hummed at herself as she pulled out some clothes. As her mother would say, she had to look presentable. Especially it would show how she treated herself and view herself as well. Flabebe watched from the windowsill as Iris started to get dress.
"I wonder where Maria is." Iris asked as she took off her shirt to reveal a camisole undershirt. "I wanted to talk about class today. Even invite her to come with us into the town. Won't that be fun Bebe?"
Bebe looked at Iris and sighed. She was going out with Silvano when she should had been look for Marco. Bebe didn't like how they two didn't talk to each other even when they were in the same room.
Iris shrugged her shoulders as she removed the shirt and put on a dress. She looked at herself in the mirror as she put on a tie under her collar and then mary jane shoes. With her hair braided into a headband still and her glasses on, she looked good to go.
Iris went to bed with a tired smile as she crawled into the bed as eating dinner with 'surprise surprise' Silvano and Niara. It was a little nerve wrecking because of Niara being there. The girl was so pretty that Iris didn't compare at all. But eventually, she was about to start talking to Niara. At least about the coordination class. That got Iris to relax and talk to the girl. It was interesting to hear that her and Silvano were friends as well. It seemed that Silvano had a lot of friends... Iris was so tired from after the dinner that she almost didn't take off her clothes..

Iris woke up, stretching her arms as she seemed to grin as she looked at the window. "Good morning..." she said to no one until she was looking at Bebe waking up now. This was a first; Iris beat Bebe in waking up.
Iris then turned to look at the other sleeping girl in her room. "Good morning Maria."
It seem that the girl was still asleep and honestly if she was; Iris didn't want to bother her since maybe Maria wanted more sleep. Iris was quiet as she worked to get cleaned up and dressed as she headed out. With the door closing quietly, Iris made her way to the cafeteria.
Today was going to be good day, she could just feel it.

Maria hadn’t been able to figure out what was wrong with Iris. She hoped it was nothing serious. After the assembly she ended up taking Zubat back to her dorm. Taking care of the little bat Pokémon for the rest of the day, luckily he seemed to perk up that evening giving Maria some piece of mind. Getting some food into both Pokémon before bed she was confident that everything would be fine overnight.
Come morning, Maria left Lillipup and Zubat in the room while going to get some breakfast. Going to the cafeteria she came back to the dorm room with food for all of them. She even brought some breakfast for Iris and Bébé too. “I brought breakfast for everyone.” She said with a smile before giving Lillipup and Zubat their food. Both Pokémon munched away at their fruit all while playing around.“I brought food for you and Bébé as well.” She told Iris brightly. There was nothing wrong with fruit, eggs, and toast. The brunette watched the Pokémon happily eat and was simply just happy to see that Zubat was doing ten times better.

It was now going on noon and Maria figured she might as well get Zubat out and about. His wings seemed to be flapping better and he didn’t look like he was about to drop from the sky. Besides he hadn’t even seen the campus yet. Might as well make his day, right? “Hey Iris what to hang out with Zubat while we have him with us?” Maria asked curiously. If she did it would be better than doing it alone. Besides it was a beautiful day, she would know since she’d already been out and about.

After talking to Silvano -and discovering that she had ended up joining a pokemon battle club- Iris felt good. She felt make better than she did hours earlier after Gym class. That voice was dimming down the longer the hug lasted until it was gone from her mind. However Silvano joined as well as surely she would be okay. Iris was slowly and surely turning back into her regular self. When she departed from the room, she made her way back to her dorm room.
She took a nap and woke up for dinner and to see Maria with the Zubat again. She was able to smile and sleep well it came to it.
When morning came, she was surprised to see that Maria had brought her and Bebe breakfast. It made Iris more than happy as her friend -she giggled as she thought the word- passed her the food and the two of them watched as Zubat and Bebe ate.
By the time afternoon rolled around, Iris was dressed as she thought over the fight battle club. She looked at Bebe. Such a small pokemon that knew tackle and vine whip. She wanted if she herself could handle what a battle could and would bring.
Iris looked up when Maria called out to her and asked if she wanted to hang out with Zubat and them. Iris jumped off her bed with a nod. "I sure do." Iris chirped as she threw up her arms. "Poke play date!"
Bebe even copied Iris to say with a good idea it was for her too.

Maria smiled when Iris agreed to a play date. Honestly Zubat could use it and so could everyone else she was sure. When Iris and Bébé both agreed, Lillipup and Zubat cheered. Lillipup did what looked like some kind of tap dance and Zubat swayed back and forth. Both were equally happy that they'd have another friend to play with.
"Great!"Maria said delighted that she'd get to hang with Iris. Since meeting her roommate, she really hadn't spent a whole lot of time with her. Funny, how you could be in the same location but hardly socialize with the people around you. Maria planned to change that. Iris was her friend as far as she knew. It was different from Silvano who she just hanged out with to make her mother happy. At least having more then just Silvano to hang with it would give Maria something to tell her mother back home. Certainly she'd be delighted as well as her mother's Pokémon to hear it.
"Why don't we head to the garden, I'm sure everyone would love the view."Maria suggested with a smile. For sure a fairy type with a love of flowers would enjoy it and she was sure Lillipup and Zubat would too. Besides you'd never know when you'd find some local pokemon that enjoyed the flowers as well. Be sure nice to see.
