You order something from an online store and they ship the item to you, and you open the box and find that they've given you an item different than the one pictured on the ******** seriously?
So, I've contacted their customer service department. stare Hopefully they get back to me soon, because that is some serious bullshit.

A shitty piece of plastic that only covers your face with a string in the back is pretty obviously not a rubber full-head mask. neutral
