A Hidden Base the UHV uses to meet for talk about expansion into the fire country.

The HVU hidden base. From the outside it would not appear to be much, mostly just a simple building that had a basic floor structure. The building itself would appear no smaller than perhaps a small shopping strip mall. That's all it seemed to be one floor. The structure however was surrounded by a wall, roughly 10 foot in height. The wall was far enough away from the main building that it provided grounds for training. The grounds measure about 300 yards by 200 yards. Big enough to have training and meetings outside, but small enough to not seem like a serious threat.
The true threat however, were the lower levels of the Base. There were 4 subterrain levels below the common entrance area. Each level contained a meeting room as well as other needed rooms to house ninja and other personell and level specific information, most of the information was on the second and third floor. The fourth and final floor is where the special prisoners were kept that the HVU had taken. The prisoners each held an interest for the HVU. Each level contained it's own small armory that contained the needed equipment for the ninjas that patrolled the grounds.
Currently there was a high ranking official from the HVU who was attempting to gather lands and wealth to over take the village of Konoha. (If this is assuming too much Haji can correctly me I suppose) As a result the patrols were doubled and security was on a heighten alert. To any passer-bys who happened to inquire what was going on, the answer was simple. "Nothing more than training exercise."
There were smaller other buildings about the grounds. Mainly for use of storage and seemed of little importance.
Taka was monitoring the patrol route from just out of sight inside a patch of trees. These people had been busy and there was a hive of activity on the grounds. She would have to slip in unnoticed for the moment. Then again her mission said the entire faction...Her main objective was deep inside the compound and under guard. If she got into a confrontation than the people outside would help the people inside. Dilemmas. She supposed the simplest solution was clear.Infiltrate. So Taka would leave her backup outside the compound on this one. Taka prepared to move out, checking her equipment and making sure she had everything she needed. She took a quick check on koshi's tattoo under his fur to make sure she still had a quick exit route before moving in. Satisfied that the seal was intact she moved. She drew a kunai in one hand and chucked it hard at an angle that would have it come down on the rooftop with a very light thump as it stuck. If she calculated right, that would drop it right on top of the center of the large square roof of the main building. The tiny slip of paper slid into the wrap on the hilt of her knife had her summoning matrix on it, allowing her to reverse summon herself directly onto that roof. She came in with a light pop of space being filled. She looked around for the usual guards but it seemed none had been stationed on the actual roof. This allowed her to slip into the vent unnoticed. This was the long crawl. She figured thered at least be someone watching the vents due to the cliche entrance of pilferers and the like. Nevertheless she made decent progress taking care not to make a sound as she belly slid all the way to the meeting room. There she looked through the vent using a hand mirror she kept for girly things.

Taka was able to get to the roof undetected. Somehow it seemed that no one thought about putting guards on the roof. Though to be honest the idea that anyone would get through the wall seemed like a pretty honest idea in theory. As she moved through the vent system, she would hear guards every now and then from below. The conversations ranged from the standard complaining about why they were even here, to what was up with the current high profile official.
At one point one of the guards seemed to stop his patrol and look up at the vents. Thinking he heard something, but shook his head. Clearly he decided that his shift had gone on long enough. It was about time for his replacement to come anyway.
Taka waited for the guard to clear the passage and move to the position where he would be relieved. She slid herself out of the vent and immediately removed the protective glass over the light fixtures to unscrew the bulbs and make a dark portion of the hallway. She waited there for a moment to make sure nobody would be coming to check on this section. She would then find a cluster of wires leading into the next room and yank them from their housing, pressing them into the socket where the light previously was, shielding her eyes from the brief surge followed by every light on the particular breaker to pop simultaneously and shut off. Taka's eyes glowed briefly in the dark before disappearing, as she silently opened the door to the meeting room and slipped inside in the cover of the dark.

While Taka was able to knock out the power to the remaining room. That did give her enemies some amount of time to notice something was amiss. The sound of an table being slapped was one of the first things that she would hear. While her opponent could not see here, there must have been only one way into the room. After the sound of slapping was heard paper tags would move off into Taka's direction. However, it seems that that was not her main concern.
There was a second slap against the floor it sounded like. While the room was dark, Taka would see a fissure begin to open and come straight for Taka. While the fissure began to go towards Taka there would be lava coming from the edges of this fissure.
These seemed to be the only body guards in the room. Strange that there would only be two body guards for such an important meeting.

Yougan Kiretsu no Jutsu [ Lava Fissure Technique ] Rank: S - Smell Official Description: The user performs a short row of hand seals and then slams his or her hands on the ground as if to perform a Doton Ninjutsu. (this is to cover the release of something smelly) If the target continues to breathe, then they will see a fissure opening towards them from the user, which will widen the longer the target retreats. But, as the fissure continues to follow the target, the traces of the fissure begin to spew lava, producing great volumes of heat and choking ash. The mental pressure is significant enough to induce self-inflicted burns to those with weaknesses or fears to fire. Guild Description: See official description. Does not need to be maintained with a handsign. Base Duration: 5
Taka smiled in the dark. She could see them just fine. She saw the seals being formed from both people and one sending a flock of notes at her. She drew a kunai and sunk it into the floor, a barrier of chakra springing up between her and the explosives. This seal would block those explosives and disperse as taka moved through the smoke to intercept the person still making seals. Whatever the second one was doing would be cut short by the sound of fans opening and metal lightly scraping on metal as she brought them up in a graceful arc, her other arm extending and sending the second fan into the chest of her main target, a low growl coming from her as she caught the fan on its return flight and was already in the process of another swing to take down the rest in the room.

Because of the beautiful speed, the fans become more like rotating saw blades than anything else, able to cut through most organic materials, aside tempered metal and crystal. But, their power and speed is not their only benefit…because of the way these fans are tossed, they will return to the user even if they make full impact on the initial toss, operating more like a boomerang than anything else. However, if the user is not very well taught in this technique, it can result in their own hand removal.

It was at this point that the lights came on. Seems the emergency power had finally come on. While the two bodyguards that had assaulted Taka seemed to be taken out. With the lights on there appeared to be more than just the two. While there was a more plush chair at the end of the table, it was turned so the occupant of the chair could not be seen.
The room was filled with another 5 guards around the room. These guards were not shinobi it appeared. However, they were equipped with bizarre weaponry that seemed to be unique to UHV. From these weapons multiple kunai were launched at Taka from each weapon. The speed in which they were launched was incredible. Much faster than a kunai could be thrown. They were aimed directly at Taka when they were released.
Outside the main building the guards were being aroused. The base had gone into lock down and the patrols around the base had increased greatly. While the threat was clearly from within they could not rule out the possibility of an outside threat still.

A reminder, and a request that you go back and edit your pool, that seals do use chakra. If you're using the seals the chakra should be removed. Or am I missing something?
Taka would admit that their response was fairly quick. But they had a flaw in their plan. That flaw was that taka had cats eyes and thus night-vision. She formed her seals quick and launched her lethal fog directly on top of the first person trying to enter and spreading the fog along the entire group down the hall way. Their eyes would be the first to go, burning out of their sockets then likely their lungs as their skin melted from their body. In the mean time she formed a few more seals and puffed out her cheeks storing the chakra and blew a bubbling ball at chest level that hovered in the doorway.

_____❶Futton: Kōmu no Jutsu [ Boil Release: Skilled Mist Technique ] - Mei creates a cloud of mist which she releases from her mouth. This mist has extremely corrosive properties, capable of melting even the bones of Sasuke Uchiha's Susanoo. The technique has an inherent disadvantage in that its effects are indiscriminate, limiting its usage to areas that do not contain allies. In the event that the mist escapes the containment area, the user can adjust the pH level of the mist to safer levels. Though the mist is corrosive to all around it, the user seems to be immune to it, as Mei used it in an enclosed area without endangering herself.
__❷Futton: Kuzaraseru Bakuhatsu [ Boil Release: Corrosive Explosion ] - Holding in one's breath (with puffing cheeks!), the user will then force out a large globe of vapour which hangs in the air menacingly. Contact with anything but the air will cause it to explode outwards, drenching those within the vicinity. Its maximum corrosion causes second degree chemical burns, which are highly painful.

All the guards had their faces melted off and they died soon afterword. With taka would go to the plush chair in the room she would find it empty but there was a latch on the ground that seemed to be an escape route. If one were to jump down the latch they would see a pudgy looking man could be seen running down the narrow hallway.
Taka opened the hatch and dropped in, crouching low and would be on the man in moments, her tail wrapped around his throat tightly. She wouldnt let go as she dragged him back up into the meeting room forcibly, choking the life out of him and growling lowly, the animalistic sound filling the tunnel. She kept her mist in the hallway, a lethal deterrent for anyone that would try and come after her. She hoisted the struggling man back up into the room, not really caring about the sounds coming from him as her tail choked the life out of him. She pulled him by the neck across the floor and to the bodies of the two bodyguards.

The man struggled as much as he could but he was no match at all. He gasped for breath trying to give his neck a little room."No please! Don't kill me! I'll give you whatever you want! I have lots of land! and lots of money!"he exclaimed as he was being dragged back to the meeting place. It didn't seem like his offers were getting to her."I have information too if that's what you are more interested in!"
Taka pulled him around and pressed him into the door, shutting it to the hallway. She was up in his face, that growl coming from behind her mask and she looked up and down the man. She could smell urine from him and it made her nearly want to vomit."You may live if you tell me everything I want. I want to know where the leaders of this group are, the number of an account you own that has a sum of no less than three million ryo and where the prisoners are being held... "She said to the main, pulling his head forward then thumping it against the door with decent force but not enough to do any real damage, just scare the man.

The man was shaking as she started asking him questions."The leaders? At the moment myself and another person hold power over this area, we are basically like viceroys. We take our orders from the HVU." Her next question was a little much he didn't have three million ryo he only had about 1 mil."I don't have that much! I stow some away every time the HVU sends money but not nearly that amount yet!" At thee mention of the prison the man was confused."Why do you care about those filthy animals? We were gonna use them as bargaining chip to have Konohagakure sell us more land! They are on the lower floors! But you need a two key's to get past the gate!" At this point he was in a fetal position.
Taka lifted him back into the standing position and slammed him into the door once more with her tail" Where are the keys!?"She growled out, not caring to answer his questions and for emphasis she took her hand and put it through the door in a claw shape, pulling it back through and having her hand open for another strike if he did not answer her.
