Noctis is from the Shinsetsu clan, he was there when they were going to be invaded and heard of how the other clan was completely obliterated. he had known people from that clan. He was made how they were so suddenly taken away and was glad when his clan made them retreat.He learned from that that nothing good ever comes from showing off everything you got that the strongest keep things to themselves until the time is right. When his clan made the descision to send families out to different parts of the world. He was angry why should they have to leave thier homeland. If they were able to hold of the invaders that time they would be able to do it the next time as well.But it wasn't up to him. And his family was sent to the Land of Fire they settled in Konohagakure, but the whole experience had made Noctis a cold person. He didn't really put much trust into anyone thinking that he could be better of by himself but the truth is that if he acted that way no one would get close enough for him to care if they ever disappeared. He became a academy to further himself in attaining more power so he could protect himself and not rely on other ninja or the kage to do it for him.
After many years on being in konoha Noctis rose of the rank and became a Jounin. Though it wasn't expected he was also the father of two children. He cares deeply for them and even for their mother. Who he has begun to grow attached to as well. But now he has been named Hokage, he must protect the village and everyone in it. |

Personality: Thirteen, a very unlucky number for a seemingly unlucky girl. Ever since she was young Harlow Shinsetsu has always been known as Thirteen for wherever she goes she brings along a string of bad luck. Harlow was always the girl to trip over her own feet and cause a domino effect of chaos by knocking down other children, adults, tools, chairs, and whatever else was in the way. During her training at the Academy the other students would make sure to keep a good distance away as she would somehow find a way to mess up her training and injure someone or something around her. For a long period of time, other Children and even Adults would keep a distance away from Harlow for fear they would fall into a curse of bad luck. Many times people would mention seeing or feeling a strange and odd sensation that would make a shiver climb up even a grown mans spine. Despite this Chilled Atmosphere around her being a Shinsetsu Clan Trait people shrug off that notion and seem to replace it with a deathly aura, in which she is cursed. Because of the distance and ridicule from the others, Harlow or rather Thirteen as she would soon be used to being called spent much time by herself, lonely and depressed. However she was committed to herself that she would not give into her depression, she would live her life the way she wanted, even if the others didn't accept it.
Now many would mention Thirteen to be Weird or Freaky for Thirteen acts and speaks in a different manner from the Norm. She's often found to be staring into space in a Dreamlike way, or to be talking in riddles. Many find it very difficult to carry a conversation with Thirteen for she talks about things that make little to no sense, have nothing to do with the subject at hand, she talks about creatures, things, and people who do not exist like they do, again talks in riddles and ones which have no right or wrong answer. However Odd her speech is to others, Thirteen believes she is speaking logically and that others are just afraid to understand. It isn't known why she speaks in such a way because despite it she is fairly intelligent, academically always being top of her class. It's fair to say that Thirteen is very Spirited and Imaginative in her behavior.
Another reason she is so hard to talk to is that Thirteen has a habit of Zoning Out during long conversations or even worse she takes off or disappears. Perhaps this is because she grows extremely bored in series conversation or something in her head clicks. Whatever it is it's found to annoy people endlessly.
It is because of these seemingly flawed traits of Thirteen thats she often called, Weird, Odd, Freaky, and Loony. Many speak about Thirteen as if she is the Village Joke. This however no longer effects Thirteen as she has come to praise the way she is for it makes her unique.
When it comes to honesty, Thirteen is blunt and unaware. She hates to lie and when proposed with a series question she will answer openly. Whatever pops into her head is what she will say. However if asked to keep a secret, she would never reveal it especially if asked about her Village or Clan. When it comes to topics like those Thirteen gets extremely protective.
Not all of Thirteen is bad or odd, Thirteen is found to be very Kind and is always willing to help whoever she can. Thirteen is a Care-Free spirit who is insanely positive and friendly. In terms of relationships however Thirteen tends to get along better with the younger generations. Children seem to love and adore Thirteen while those her own age and the adults continue to keep away from her. Thirteen can often be found playing with the children of her Village when she isn't on missions, assignments, or is busy with some form of work. Thirteen is very sisterly towards the younger children.
One of the good traits of Thirteen is that she never stresses. In any kind of situation she is found to be clam and collected. It's like the process of the brain that tells a person to panic is non-existent in Thirteens brain. Even in bad situations that would leave a grown man stricken in panic, she's as calm and cool as snow. Which could have to do with her Clan, seeing as they seem to carry a Chilled Atmosphere around them. However it's more seen to be off putting for others rather then comforting. So when in battle she is able to fight with a clear mind making her an efficient Strategist. However there are times in battle and in everyday life where that calm and joyful personality of hers takes a falter. It is very rare to see Thirteen get angry or sad but it does happen every so often, and let it be known, when angry Thirteen can be very scary and can throw a tantrum like a champion that would make a grown man piss himself if not leave him in utter shock.
Thirteen also displays great confidence in herself. She's strong willed and often seen to be extremely headstrong in that fact that when she wants to do something she will stop at nothing until she does it and succeeds. There is no telling Thirteen no.
Lastly, Thirteen is the kind of person who doesn't often refer to people by titles, ranks, or even by their own names. She would rather refer to them as Sir, Ma'am, Brother, Sister, Friend, or Young One. Why she does this isn't known nor will she answer if asked. She just does.

Harlow "Thirteen" Shinsetsu was born on March 23rd in the Glacial North. Harlow was the only Child born to Shinobi Parents Clio Shinsetsu, Harlow's Mother and Theron Shinsetsu, Harlow's Father. Clio Shinsetsu was a Jounin Ranked Ninja while her Father was a member of the Anbu. Both were skilled and respected by the many members of their Clan. During Childbirth Clio suffered complications which resulted in her death hours after Harlow's delivery. Harlow was born Premature and with damaged lungs, it was believed she would not survive her first day of life. However the Medical Team assigned to her care were able to get Harlow stable, saving her life. Out of the red zone Harlow was still to weak and ill to leave the Hospital, the biggest fear being a relapse in her health. It would be nearly a Year after her birth in which Harlow was deemed stable enough to be released.
During her time in the Hospital, Harlow's Father Theron was called back into duty and sent off on a Mission only to not return. Theron was considered killed in action. Having no Relative Family left in the Glacial North Harlow was to be sent off to Konohagakure to be raised by her Estranged Grandparents. Harlow's Grandfather was best described as a Military Figure and so from the time she arrived into the care of her Grandparents Harlow was to and would be trained as a Shinobi of the Leaf.
Growing up for Harlow was difficult. Not only did she continuously disappoint her Grandfather in Training but she also became a Joke within the Village. Harlow was small figured, frail, and very clumsy. With every step she took Harlow would cause endless chaos. Because of this the other Children would keep a good distance away from Harlow. She spent many of her younger years alone and depressed. The other Children would often Tease Harlow and refer to her as a Curse of Bad Luck. This was how she earned the nickname "Thirteen" the other Children saying she should be named after an Unlucky Number because she was an Unlucky Girl. It was fair to say Harlow had a hard start in life for she only suffered Bad Luck from the day she was born. Harlow was nothing more then a walking disaster. The only light in her life was her Grandmother who unlike everyone else didn't give up on Harlow.
Because of her Grandmother Harlow was able to lift herself out of her self pity. No longer wanting to continue on the path she was on, Harlow decided to live her life according to no ones rules but her own. She would be who she was even if the world rejected it. Granted by her new Attitude and approach to life Harlow began to excel in her training and even caused less and less disasters.
At the age of 6 Harlow was entered into the Academy to begin her Shinobi training outside of Family. Her days in School were much like her days outside, lonely. But this didn't stop Harlow from doing what she needed to do. When it came to Academics Harlow was top of her Class but was disastrous at the Physical aspect. But Harlow was able to Graduate from the Academy at the age of 10, in which she would continue her Training with her Grandfather.
As the time passed from age 6 to 10 Harlow had grown more Physically Fit, able to lift and endure more then the average from one her size and gender. She also displayed excellent skills in Acrobatics and Chakra Control. However when it come to using Ninja Tools Harlow utterly failed. So her Grandfather came up with a conclusion, if small tools didn't work then perhaps the size of the weapon should change. Personality:
Simply put Jae is a very difficult person to befriend. She can be a little intimidating for starters. Not a lot of people know how to handle her various moods. One moment Jae is a whirlwind of the typical chattery female persona. She is girly and perky which tends to annoy those who are around her at times. The next she could be the silent reserved type. A total contrast. Dont read too much into it, Jae is most likely doing it to grate against your nerves. She is a total fox face, no one will ever really know what type of girl she is unless you make it into her personal circle. Jae has her own problems and because of it, it has left her a little jilted when it comes to properly conveying herself. She cannot express her feelings like others can and at times this can really lead her into brick walls. In order to set a sort of people buffer to fix the problem, she will smile away despite what she is really thinking. Treating life as one big joke, she would rather spend her time playing and farting around, except when it comes to one particular goal she has set for herself. When cornered Jae can hold her own with nasty verbal barbs. It is on very rare occasions when she ever resorts to being a bully but she will if she must. Although she can act like the friendliest person ever she is far from it. Behind her smiles she is cold blooded, something pounded into her due to her clan's peculiar art. At one moment she can see you as a friend and defend you with her life but clan alliance has its ultimate hold on her and in that split second can make you her enemy. Those same smiles may be used to escort you to the place beyond.
History:
◤ Chapter One
Growing up with that peculiar bloodline of hers, Jae was not really allowed to to blossom into a typical Kunoichi girl. Instead she was shaped was spurred on by one determinate factor. Jae's mother was a Saiketsu. One who held great respect in the clan. Unfortunately her mother coupled with an outsider. A normal man, one who did not possess the qualities of a Saiketsu. It was a taboo in the clan to marry out of it and once her mother became with child she was shunned out of the clan and was banned. It was not easy for her mother to uproot herself as far away from everything familiar but her father was able to provide the void that could not be filled by Jae's own birth. Jae was born a Saiketsu, despite having non of the physical features that depicted one. Jae is determined to seek out all of her clan and to defeat them all in combat to redeem her mother and to allow herself a chance to stand at the head of the clans name. Just because she has blue eyes instead of red or pink hair instead of white does not make her void to the clan.
◤ Chapter Two
Unfortunately Jae encountered a little bit of a rough patch in her life shortly after going on a rescue mission with her Yukikages life on the line. Upon completion and success of the mission she was left with a bitter after taste and sought answers from Crisis, the Yukikage at the time. Things got heated and Jae ended up stubbornly leaving the village, her childlike anger getting the best of her. Running away to another village was her only option and fortunately for her she ran to Leaf who was on friendly terms with Snow thanks to the treaties. Jae is going through her rebellious stage now and has become a little bitter towards higher authority. Homesick and lonely she diverts her attention to training and growing in strength. At the same time, Jae's bloodline is finally active, the fire building in her veins is enough indication that she is prime for it's use.
◤ Chapter Three
It was hard, to say the least, to transition from one village to another. Snow and Leaf could not have been more different from each other and because of that she was unable to get used to the climate at first. Slowly, with the help of a few of her peers she was able to find a sort of groove for herself. She trained just as hard and she fought the way she trained. Jae felt she was well on her way to reaching the point where she wanted to be at. Things were getting better for her, until she heard that a few Yuki shinobi were visiting Konoha. This really dampened Jae's mood and for fear of losing everything she had just dug out for herself she tried to erase her memories of the white powdered place she had grown up in. Shigeru and Ayaki came and with it came their resolution to try and convince Jae that she was one of them, a Yukigakure Shinobi. Jae tried very hard to keep her memory bound from remembering but it was ultimately Ayaki's death that woke her form her dream. It was Shigeru and Jae's fault that Ayaki had even gotten in that position and it's something that Jae is beating herself up with on a daily. Her beliefs and motivations have switched. She wants nothing more than to pay back Ayaki's life with her own and with Shigeru's life. Her logic has become slightly twisted in this aspect but none the less Jae is even more determined to get to a higher level.

This is her story so far...
Eirlys was born in the snow country, in a village known as Yukigakure. She was her parent's second and final child, also the first girl. She was only seven on that tragic day.
It was on a Thursday, at the depth of night, her house was visited by a man who said he needed to see her brother. She remembered the frightened look in her brother's eyes as their parents allowed the man inside, and he saw him face to face. He tried to make a dash for her room, but the man caught him by the wrist before he could take his first step onto the stairs. Their parents watched the scene unfold, perplexed and at a loss as to what was happening. Eirlys watched as her brother was accused by the man, of murdering an entire family single-handedly. Surely he's mistaken, Eirlys had thought, but the look in her brother's eyes spoke otherwise. She watched as he was dragged away by the man, and she remembered screaming at him to let her brother go. The man did not budge as he stepped outside, and both her brother and the man vanished with a wall of fire left behind.
She does not remember exactly what had happened after that. It was as if a portion of her memory had been erased. She does remember that six years had passed, and her brother still hadn't returned. She was older and wiser by this time, and her skills were the top of her class.She ventured out one night without her parents knowing, in pursuit of her missing brother. She had always had a strong connection with him, and she put that connection to use by feeling for his chakra. That was one thing she had never been able to do with anyone else, but her brother was special. She found his exact location and summoned a path of ice that she used to skate quickly through the night. This led her to what looked like a prison on the edge of a mountain. She had made her way to it quietly, avoiding the lone guard that was stationed outside. She remembered freezing the door over and causing it to shatter upon itself. She entered the prison and yelled out her brother's name. Looking back, that probably wasn't the smartest thing to do. She had alerted the entire prison that she was there. Angry voices flared from inside and outside of the prison.
What happened next is a blank to her, but she remembered her and her brother moving away from the prison under the shroud of nightfall with voices making chase. The rest is a blur until the point when she got hit by a large fireball that sent her flying, then hitting the ground with a thud and flames burning her body before they dissipated under the frigid air. Her brother's voice washed over her, and then all faded to black. When she came around a few minutes later, she saw that the men who were giving chase were lying on the ground, motionless, without life. Her brother knelt over her, holding something in his hand with his eyes closed. She could see the blood dripping from his mouth, and the red stains all over his clothes. He opened her eyes and smiled at her before he placed what he had in his hand, a necklace, in her hands and fell to her side, dead.
Exactly a year had passed since that day, and Eirlys still remembers it. but does not let it burden her thoughts. She graduated from the Ninja Academy with flying colors and is now a Genin, going out into the world to make a difference.

October was born in Konoha, she never got to meet her parent's because they disappeared when she was born, but she grew up with a great friend Haku S. Rai and Dakkon Norken Nailo, the three have known each other their whole lives and she would do anything for Haku. The fact that she didn't know her parents doesn't bother her, but showed her to value the ones she cares about the only thing her parents was two crimson blades that were handed down through her family. Night can be protective at times because she cares so much, willing to defend any of her friends to the end. She has a strict loyalty to the Leaf. She lives in the apartments all by herself. Night doesn't enjoy being alone, but she loves to train and get stronger so she can defend everyone better. one day while training Night met a boy named Reiko Uchiha, he challenged her to a spar. Soon afterwards the two got to know each other very well. She trained with Reiko and Dakkon for a while after both had became Chūnin, after that Night had pushed herself even harder training constantly everyday to reach Chūnin as well. Reiko left for a year and went to go train in Kumogakure, a.k.a. the hidden Cloud village, she also met another friend. Shortly after he returned The Fire Rose that was once Naito turned into her assassin self The Crimson Blade due to seeing Dakkon die taking the life of the man that had killed him. Later on that up coming winter she found her overly protective partner Steel, a black wolf with precising ice blue eyes. As time went on Eclipse was proposed to by Reiko, she said yes and now wears a ring on her finger when she's not out killing someone.
Eclipse made the rank of Chūnin but not under the best of circumstances. She is now married to Reiko, that's not the bad part though. Well it wouldn't necessarily be bad but it does have an impact on her shinobi life. She's pregnant. This doesn't stop her from training her clones and partner Steel to the best of her abilities! But will the pregnancy go out with a bang? Or move along smoothly? No-one can tell at this point.
Eclipse wishes that one day she can become strong enough to be and ANBU, as she sees it the ANBU's are defenders of all the leaf. Night will train as hard as possible to reach her goal no-matter the task.

Ichi was born in the village of Iwagakure with his twin brother, to whom his father was the younger brother to the former Tsuchikage of the village. After the village began to decline his family decided to leave his birthplace anddecided to move to Konohagakure despite many protesting from other family members. Ichi being only about 3 at the time did not fully understand the situation.
Upon arriving Ichi's father and mother began to fill out the proper paperwork and were hired and ranked as Jounin and Chuunin within the village. His mother being a medical ninja quickly made herself useful in both the village and in the lfrontlines of battle for the village. His father though a bit slower, showed his usefulness as a spy and a guard to the Hokage here and there. Ichi himself was enrolled into the academy and began to excel rather quickly and right away made friends with his straight forward and energetic personality. Though some parents did not trust or like him around their kids because of his birthplace being of Iwagakure.
As time passed Ichi began to show a special trait his father hoped that he would not have. While sparring with another student in Taijutsu, Ichi suddenly released an explosive charge from his hand which burned his fellow student. Right way instructors thought he had used and explosive tag and quickly drew blades at him. He was brought in and both his parents called the office of the kage and the academy's principal. Ichi's father would later explain that though he and his wife did not show signs of the bloodline, Ichi must of have gotten the Bakuton Bloodline from them, which resulted in the sudden blast. Shocked, the kage understood and let the incident slide though Ichi was not allowed to spar with others to avoid injuring others.
A few more years would pass and Ichi would be a late bloomer in the rank of Genin. But overall he is prepare for the life of a Shiniobi and ready to serve his new home of the Hidden Leaf until old age or death.
