Pulling out his Doton book, seeing as he deprived himself of the knowledge of his powerful element, Noel decided to work a little bit more on the manipulation of mother earth. Cracking open the Doton book of knowledge, Noel started to read what may catch his area of interest the most. He spotted on technique that proved to help him in a defensive manner. Reading up on the technique, it would seem that the jutsu indeed shoots earth up to block projectiles by covering them up. There were so many uses for this, Noel knew this would be a good investment of his time. Reading over the hand-seals, Noel reached back into his duffel bag to look for his kunai to throw and work on the aiming aspect.
Once Noel got this simple technique under-wraps, he tossed the kunai lightly before clasping his hands together. Weaving fiercely through the hand-seals,"Geigeki No Doro!" Noel exclaimed as earth fired up from the ground but he frowned when the earth completely missed it's target.
1/2 Geigeki No Doro ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pulling out another kunai, Noel focused a little bit more so that he'd do better on the next attempt. Twirling it around in his fingers for a moment, Noel tossed it into the air but did it in a diagonal angle so that it would move slower. Immediately those swift hands clasped back together and were busy manipulating his chakra as Noel was prepared to expel it. Upon that final seal, aiming firmly at the projectile as it was starting it's descending arc he called out,"Geigeki No Doro!!!"This time, it was nothing but success. Two clods of dirt sprung from the ground and smacked into the kunai. Making it halt immediately where it once flew and fall like a stone to the ground."Indeed this will work perfectly." He said softly as Noel was already thinking of perfect uses for this technique. 2/2

Finding strong interest in this Element, Noel thought it better if he dwelled himself a little bit deeper into the technique. This Doton element posed strong and powerful properties that he indeed would utilize to his best ability. Looking back at his Ninjutsu book, Noel once more flipped through the jutsu's that were interesting but... not interesting enough. " I want an offensive technique now." Noel thought to himself before his amber eyes lit up when he saw a particular jutsu that was just what he was looking for. "Rock spear huh? Let's try it out then." Noel said as he took his first few moments of looking at the diagram and see what he needed to do before even attempting to physically do the jutsu. 1/3 Gansetsukon (Rock Spear) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Placing down the book, Noel walked over to a nearby boulder that he found and decided to work on the jutsu. Seeing that Noel didn't have nearly the physical strength needed to perform the technique, he would indeed force chakra into the boulder at a more delicate and concentrated state in which he would then pull the spear out from the rock. This was his speculation and indeed it was a long shot, but with the understanding Noel had about chakra and nature, he was sure or even better confident, that he would be able to make what his thoughts had created. Placing his palm upon the rock, Noel began to focus his chakra in a delicate manner... but then... it hit him. It was a Doton jutsu! Why not he just make it easier for himself by making it from the earth itself! 2/3 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ While this new thought was hot on his mind, Noel squatted down and placed his hand upon the ground. Focusing his chakra into creating a large 6'0 foot rock pillar that is about the same width as his arm. Slowly pulling up his hand as he grasped his molded spear, Noel came up with a perfect spear for him to launch and engorge his opponent. Carrying his new found spear over to his book, the child was liking this little training session and indeed was definitely eager in learning one more jutsu before heading completely into Sunagakure. 3/3

Upon coming back to his campsite, Noel was a little bit disappointed with the prevention of him going into the village. He was curious as to what occurred that would put Suna in such a distraught state but he knew it was better just to leave, especially since he still bore the Konoha emblem on his arm, and attempt to enter another time.
But Noel knew he wasn't out of the water just yet. He still had a lot to do, and was quite certain those ANBU would probably send a couple of scouts to look over him and keep him in check. Despite him truly not even supposed to be there, Noel didn't truly favor the idea of being watched. Tightening up his duffel bag, Noel would survey the area around him, assess the strength's and weaknesses of all of them, and then lay traps for any unwanted scouts. He had a good amount of materials that he purchased from the crossroads, and though he may be completely out of money after it, Noel will at least have a safe place to rest his head.
