I don't really think you can stop them from getting worse, but you could always try laser eye surgery. Thats if your old enough.

I heard that carrots help your eye sight but im not sure if that's true....

Foods that can improve your eyesight: * Apricots * Avocados * Berries * Bilberries * Black Currants * Blueberries * Broccoli * Cabbage * Can Capers * Carrot * Cold-water Fish * Collard Greens * Dark Chocolate, In Moderation * Eggs * Fish Oils * Fresh Fruits * Grapefruit * Grapes * Kale * Lemons * Milk * Nuts & Almonds * Olive oil * Onions & Shallots * Plums * Pumpkins * Raw Garlic (fresh) * Salmon * Soy * Spinach * Squash * Sweet Potatoes * Whole Grains * Wine, in Moderation
And also, massage the area around your eyes, and take frequent breaks from computer work. :3

rest your eyes..look away from any screen... wear sunglasses when outside eyedrops go to pharmacy and ask for vitamins for eyesights? sleep.....?

im glad u posted this! I have the same problem! My eyes get worse every year. I hate it. Im worried i might go blind stressed All this info is rly helpful thanx!

I'm sure you won't go blind...or maybe it depends on what you have. I think at a certain age peoples' eyes (if they're vision slowly gets worse each year) become stable - when the deterioration stops. I also suggest not reading in the dark (if you do) and squint less because that puts strain on the eye. Just to warn you I'm no eye doctor so I could be either right or wrong.

don't run around without your glasses on. and dont do things like reading in dimly lit areas. 3nodding

Vitamin C always helps, and avoid straining your eyes too much. I used to read in the dark, and now I wear glasses biggrin It sucks. If you DO wear glasses, it's best to wear them as much as possible, I think.
