My first shiny in Pokemon Diamond was a Budew/Subomi ((I was found it in Eterna Forest, where I was planning to just beat up some Pokemon for training.)).
Anyways, I caught her, and have since bred her with my Champion Roserade, Rain. They have two non-shiny children together; Ian and Damien.
But I have never been able to name her. :/ would you like togive her a name?

Hmm... Let's see. It's a grass type, based off of a rose, and it's shiny recolor is basically just with lighter greens and different flower colors...
You could reference the fact that the flowers are now purple, I suppose, and the Anemone is a flowering plant genus that has a PRETTY sweet looking purple flower in it. Plus, of course, Roselia is Grass/Poison type. This gives the name a sort of a double meaning, since a Sea Anemone can inject a dose of poison into another living thing through a process that I'm too lazy to even copy and paste from Wikipedia right now.
I'd name it Anemone, personally.
