I'm not sure....I don't consider myself a geek yet I like all those things...everyone at school calls me a preppy geek cus I cheer as well. Hm, oh well

No it makes you an addict and if you are smart as you look smart you're probably a Nerd more than a geek. If you're part of a nerd and part of a geek then you're a Freak. But don't worry.
Just keep the exceses low. Every sustance (and things) in excesse is a potencial venom. So keep control and you will always going to have friends.

A geek is obsessed with something, like anime, manga, video games, a specific geeky thing like pens or pocket-protectors, or computers.
A nerd is a very smart person who likes learning, computers,HTML, CSS, and the like.
You seem like a geek. But that's not bad. It's good.
I'm half geek, half nerd.

If you like computers, animu and vidya games, and you really love them and wouldn't replace them for any other source of entertainment, then yes, you're a bona fide geek.
And feel proud for it, for we geeks are the unique people who love the best entertainment in the world. 3nodding
