I could breed a Riolu for you no problem.
If you want to find one in the game, you can get a Riolu by going through Iron Island and leaving an extra slot in your party ; the guy you partner up with uses a Lucario and will give you a Riolu egg once you've driven the two Team Galactic Grunts away.
