Me and my family are going to fly over to Australia this summer to visit my brother over there for 2 weeks. But in my house there are 3 fish. I am worrying about them now... Maybe I can ask my friends to come over to my house and let them feed my fish?
What you usually do with your pets when you travel to other countries?

They are small fish, 2 zebra danio and a guppy. All of them are living in planted tanks. I have been thinking to buy a few more... The zebra danios have been with us for 2 years already. They are not living with the guppy.
I think they could survive by feeding on some plants and algae for about 5 days... but Maybe I will ask my friends to come here to feed them on 3rd day. and every single day from 3th to 13th day? ^,^

I have cats, and when I´m not at home ( it dosen´t matter for how long) I ask my mother or my sister to look after them.
But when my family goes on holiday, I´m looking after their pets.
So it´s a taken and given.

it's hard to take your pets in and out of the country because you need to get a lot of medical stuff done and on the off chance your pet gets sick in the country your vacationing in, you might not be allowed to bring it back to the states if the illness is one that does not exist here and we are trying to keep out of our country.
