Get your weight up
To say that someone needs more experience in something; to tell someone they need to practice.
"You want to battle me? You need to get your weight up - you cant beat me."

I wonder what the origin of that phrase is. Weight lifting, because being able to lift more weight means you're stronger? Wrestling, because weighing more puts you in a higher class? Hmm...
