Who do you see to diagnose depression/bipolar disorder and get meds for it?
I found out recently that it runs in my family, and it explained alot.
I just don't know who to go to to get meds to stop it or reduce it.

i believe that u have to go to your doctor.

Indeed; your family's doctor should be able to help you. If not, try seeing a psychiatrist.

But I thought doctors were just for physical issues.
Not mental...

So I just call up my doctor and say "I think I have bipolar disorder. Could I make an apointment?"
