May I hold you softly? gaia_angelright
As you sink closer into me,
Your fingers dance slowly across my back,
As I glide through your silk-woven hair.
We speak sweetly,
Our voices cushioned on clouds
So only we can hear.
Sleep washes over as you give way
Like the gray skies to the falling rain.
Your steady breath is the fading music of a play, as the curtains draw on this Friday show
It is only 7:30.
I close my eyes
And listen,
As I fall gently into your dreams.
