I walked into the large, open doors of today, Left to wander.
Alone,
Walking into the deep depths of the darkness, my emotions
Prone,
To the actions of others, close and far, limited not by importance
Broken,
Hearted and emotionally scarred. Ready to give up the fight, and end the pain myself.
Spoken,
To by peers, which give nothing but falsified encouragement.
Weak,
Spirited, ready to collapse, but something keeps me advancing forward through the darkened room.
Bleak,
Future inside this inked hallway, but, at the end of the tunnel,
Light,
Shines through a small crack between two large planes of darkness,
Sight,
Returns into my eyes as the crack grows larger, and the planes separate slowly,
Wide,
Open, the doors reveal a beautiful sunshine, and a grassy plain, touched by beauty and excellence.
Died,
The feelings of yesterday, doors open broad, Forgetful of the shattered remains of emotions, and pain.
Smile,
As the door closes slowly behind, leaving nothing but the unmasked beauty, and the readjustment of my eyes.
While,
I sit in the grass, and wait, once again, for large doors to appear before me again,
