In an ocean of confusion you left me
With a broken heart and dream
Thought you needed me as much as I needed you
It turned out to be I was wrong..
In my eyes you were perfection
In yours I was rejection
When I’m gone and you begin to miss me
Remember it was you who let me go
And if you would ask..
I’m not missing you
Just the person I thought you were.
