They say my ancestors were brave warriors. Kings and queens. But they were never there to support me.
Ancestors are just dead people, right?
But why is it that every time I close my eyes, I can see myself with my brethren the Aztecs?
Are my ancestors trying to tell me something?
Can I face there legacy and become one of these brave noble warriors?
What am I to them?
There is a possibility I’m nothing more than one of there descendants, with not enough knowledge on my people.
But I can feel there spirits in the wind.
I can feel there blood running though my veins.
I can hear there calls as they sing stories and go to war.
I can tell they are proud of whom we are, and I know I am proud to be called a warrior.
I am a warrior.
And I love my legacy.
