Oozing flesh dripping off
As my contorted smile cracks
The evils within emerge
Gouging my eyes out
Gluttonous hatred filling me
As I ravage my torso
Blades ripping me apart
Internal maggots tearing out
For escape from my physical torment
Death would be no gift
The endless pain
A feeling I now embraced
For what is life
If not to feel
