Behind these iron bars are nothing but misery;
Misery that's full of bitterness and tears.
These rusty bars isolate us from the rest of the world
No hopes,
No dreams,
No freedom.
In here lies a sorrow that can pierce through anything
You can try to break it down or pretend this isn’t real.
But I know it can never shatter
I plead to the creator of our creation and yet,
The future won’t budge.
This place separates us from heaven and hell.
It creates a wound of agony that's stronger,
Deeper,
And more bloodier than any other scars
Because no matter what I do,
My soul will always be inconsolable
Behind these iron bars.
