• Dusk has ended and the lands are blanketed by darkness.

Halos of light come alive, to illuminate murkiness of eternal night.

The Shadows walk softly in the slivers blackness so none may see them.

They watch them try to light their own way, oblivious of others.

They fear and thus are blind what they do not know.

Unnoticed by their peers, lights go out as Shadows claim them.

They pay no attention to those who have been claimed by the growing darkness.

They make no effort to find those who are untainted by the Shadows .

They care only about their own aegis of light.

The lights dwindle as more are claimed.

Soon, Dawn will come and cast the Shadows from the land.

The lights continue to diminish, ignorant of the losses surrounding them.

The aura of Dawn flows over the horizon and across the bleak terrain.

Only felt by cold bodies and seen by blank eyes.

    Leurs spiritueux errent éternellement.
    (Their spirits wander forever.)
