You think you know what’s in my heart
You think you know what’s in my head
When you just don’t know s**t

You think you know all of my fears
You think you know all of my cares

Even when the moon doesn’t shine on me
Even when the sun does not care for me
I walk my terrible path alone
without any constraints of my own

You think you know my soul
You think you know my emotions
When you just don’t know s**t

You think you know my remedy
You think you know how to fix me

I have walked the streets alone at the darkest hour
I have walked in my dreams alone at the most terrifying hour
And even when I was scared for my life
I made it thru, without any of your help

Leave me alone, leave me in peace
I don’t wish to be seen
By the eyes of your immortal god

Please stop trying
Please stop caring
I wish to disappear into the void

As I write these words to you
The ink of my pen
Filled with my tears and blood
All I can do, is continue to struggle on thru

And as you watch me fall
Time and time again
I will prove to you
That my struggle is stronger
Than anything you can hope to be
