• The great winds, blow me away
As the rain falls, I stay awake
    As darkness falls,
    I light a candle
which the light is ever so humble.

    As the wind blows,
    I can't help to think,
how the trees stare back at me.
    My surroundings are not bright,
    but full of enmity.

    I stand by the window
    wide awake,
Not even the sandman can strike.
The moon and the stars are nowhere in sight.
But I wonder through the transparency of night.

    As the rain falls,
    I count to three;
    that dripping water over me.
    The birds are at rest
    so I tell them good-bye.
Singing to them, that melancholy song.

    As the rain falss,
I stand in solicitous, hearing an intonation sound
    around me,
    I care not for it,
    I sit and draw,
    I can remember that night. . .
Where the wind and the rain
    collided as one.
