At the End of the Tunnel

• Description: I oringinally wrote this as a short poem in the third grade and put it on here, but then someone posted to me that they liked it and i should make it longer so here is a longer version.

A dragonfly blossums by the school windows
Like a lilypad swirling around in an open creek

A bunny jumps around in a meadow
Like a feeling hopping around your heart

A lost love walks away
Like a butterfly coming out of its cacoon
Flying away, with you knowing you will probally never see it again

A new light at the end of the hallway
Like the sun rising out of a cloudy morning

A light at the end of the tunnel
Like rising through the doubt
And overcoming the sadness

This light is the light of friendship
and friendship makes anyone feel better
