Feeling down
Painful aches
Unbearable sorrow
Regretful mistakes
Fake a smile
Pretend it doesn't hurt
Laugh with your tears
Kick at the dirt
Liar, liar
You're a fake
Just step down
Drown in a lake
Slit your wrists
Bite your tongue
Rip your heart out
Your pain in my fun
Orbs filled with fear
A scream escapes lips
You start hearing voices
Heart slowly breaks
---
And here I stand
Laughing aloud
Because you fell for it
Your biggest mistake
I'm your false friend
I use you the most
'Cause I'm the parasite
And you're my host
This has always been my story
You're just for back stage
Giving me my props
While I bask in fame
Now go back to that hole
Stay there till I get back
But the thing you don't know
I'm just leaving you with the rats
By the time you find me out
It'll be too late
I'm gone and you know it
That's what we call 'Fake'

"Your pain is my fun" as in the person liking to see the other in absolute pain and misery.
I usually fake the feeling of the poem to make it seem real enough. It's a habit I've gained from writing over the past few years. - Report As Spam

"your pain in my fun" doesn't make sense - but really good - I like how you split it and it's pretty powerful
and as to this never happening to you before - I'd be shocked if that was true - i think everyone has played both roles at least one, but maybe I'm just pessimistic - Report As Spam
