-
I race down the court,
My breathing comes fast.
I love this sport,
I want it to last.
I jump for the rebound,
As the ball tries to go in.
It's back on the ground,
Come one, I know we can win!
We dribble the ball,
They steal it from our hands.
The refs make their call and,
I can't hear the crowd in the stands.
We've got the ball now,
Let's take it to the hole.
They look at us, like wow.
We're done now, we've played our role.
The buzzer rings,
We jump up and down.
We've overcome many things,
I'm so proud of my hometown.
