• A light to cast a shadow;
    Not too much of a thought
    A feeling of discomfort;
    A feeling of distraught.
    Nothing to watch,
    Except for the drooping pedals;
    And falling leaves.
    Orange and red,
    Coated in grey...
    A touch of saphire,
    It is all I need.
    A heart so cold,
    So very cold.
    Not one to feel,
    Not one to see...
    It'll never be left
    Not left to be...
    Don't you see?
    There is little comfort,
    In what I see through these eyes
    For life never seems to catch me...
    Never by surprise.
    Just another piece of happiness,
    Then another downfall.
    This world is nothing but shades of grey,
    Swallowing me whole...
    But I do not seem to feel it...
    As it gradually eats me away.
    For I do not feel,
    Not anymore.
    Just another tear,
    Accompanied by something more.
    A thought,
    Or a lie.
    A truth,
    Or little bits of deny...
    But what I see,
    Is nothing I can feel
    For this world is something nothing more
    Than little bits of grey.
