I watch the night, the stars the sky
a glance to one another our eyes are bright.
I take a hold of our dreams and goals
scattering them upon a kiss not losing faith in our world.
Our live are intertwined, our minds are one
a whisper of love through the calming night.
The hearts beat fast but we know we are in love,
I wish for the day to stay long but soon we would have to go our separate ways.
I miss those days when we had the time
to hold each others hand and talk all night,
the brush of the hair, a kiss on the cheek,
a big smile from cheek to cheek,
could i once ask for that again
and see the you i love to no end.
