• Scattered screams around my head—
A chant; “you have found him! You found him!”
His lips part unsure of what to have said
Another tear; “how could he not understand?”

But what to say and what to do
When his eyes so sure of wanting you
When lies spun around to tell the truth
A shake of the head “please don’t argue”

But I have tasted the tear unknown
Have finally decided to find it a home
Somewhere behind a place in my heart
A glue to keep me from falling apart

When thrown around to again be lost
Step back up, and remember the cause
Recall the pain when you hit the ground
I don't want to be forgotten,
I'm just sick and tired of being found.
