• Green paint buries my white shirt swallowing it whole,
The white is at the mercy of the green
Starting, green had already held up the black flag
Ending, white holds up the white flag; last stand

Splatters of yellow outlast the green; content
Green growls and moves on to another victim; bitter
    The yellow envelops me tight
I hold on to it with both hands

Drops of purple fall from the ceiling; rain
The purple rain drowns me and I can’t breathe
I cry for help but it’s too late I’m gone
Suddenly I am replaced by something ugly

Then a tidal wave of red washes over me
    Everything is beautiful to me
To me the passion is perfection
Nothing can get us now it’s only you and me.
