• BUTTERFLY

She loved once, she loved twice
She loved thrice, and it did die
Again she'll love, again she'll fly
The life and times of a butterfly

She loves like summer, golden warm
    Crimsion wings the mothers warn
She loves like winter, cold as ice
A chilling thrill in hateful vice

Her love is soft like waking spring
A trust in her is what she brings
But trust her not for thus will fail
The broken road her lovers trail

    Perfectly she strodes about
In harkened greed without a doubt
    Passion now set so divine
But know its not to last through time

The seasons change and she must go
    Although where to, nobody knows
The summers gone, new love will come
To leave the tears in silent hums

She loved once she loved twice
She loved thrice and that did die
Again she'll love, again she'll fly
The life and times of a butterfly
