• The world around us is full of splendors,
    It also surrounds us with the horrors,
    But what is this material world around us made of,
    Do we make the world this way,
    or is it some higher force,
    Is the world made up of fire, water, earth, and air as the ancients believed,
    Or is it made of something else more primal and simple than any of these.
    Do we make the world or do we destroy it I ask myself,
    As we advance so does our world die around us,
    How do we find out what the world is made of so that we may reconstruct what we destroyed
    The wondrous species hunted to extinction or the splendorous natural wonders and ecosystems destroyed by our hands,
    I ask what is this world made of so we can fix it,
    I say what gives us the right to advance if we destroy the world around us,
    What should we do to solve this puzzle?
