    i almost screamed
    it scared me that much

    i wanted to scream to yell to shriek
    but i couldn't
    that was the scariest part
    i couldn't say anything
    i was petrified
    eventually i smiled
    making a crack on my heart
    and i said thank you for all the good times
    and all the false hopes i implanted in my head
    then i turned around and walked calmly home
    there i shook scared tears pouring
    scared to death i cried
