Down my cheek,
The silent tears stream.
Cries of pain,
As silent as a dream.

Silent pain,
Killing me inside.
The silent cries,
Taking over my mind.

The silent pang,
Of regret that I hold.
Unable to unleash,
The silence, so cold.

A silent dream,
Never to come true.
A silent hope,
That someday I'd pull through.

A silent look,
Hidden within my eyes.
That no one can see,
Through the silence and lies.

No understanding,
From loved ones all around.
Cause nobody knows,
The pain that I've found

The silent memories,
Hidden away.
Will be held silent within,
And silent they will stay.

I think you can improve this a lot if you elaborate and tell the reader what is/was causing the pain. I get that it's a poem about silence - that is the title after all - so I don't think you need to use it every other line. Maybe try a different word here or there. But other than that and the over-the-top emoness of it, it's a decent poem. Good work.
