Stop smiling.
Stop pretending you're alright.
I've had more than enough,
of seeing the empty mask.
I know you're hurting.
You can't hide that from me.
So, stop trying.
Stop trying to feel things you don't feel.
Your laugh is vacant.
No, I can hear the truth.
You're so transparent.
Your lies won't fool me.
Stop smiling.
Stop hiding all those tears.
You can't stop the rain from falling.
You can't hide what I can see.
I know you hear me.
I'm trying to help.
I know you need me.
Let me in.
Stop smiling.

I love this, it really hits home with the emotions. I feel the same way when I see people that way and it drives me nuts yet I know I do it too and I can see it in my friends expressions. 5/5
