Dream

I had this dream where
we kissed so sweet and tenderly

I awoke with a sigh
knowing it all passed by.

And never again shall I awake with a sigh
for I know
we will never be the ones we dream.
So why wait for a dream to pass again when,
it is just a dream in the end.
