Through tears combined
And pains entwined
This poem is made for your heart and mind
When we've parted for good
And I've thrown my black hood
You've still got me in your arms
And I now know that you'll never let go
But only because you love me so...

Or so I thought
And my heart, you caught
But, oh, it seems
Someone stole your eye's gleam
And now I'm cold
And alone
Gone with the Winter's new fold
I've been thrown away
I should have known...

But don't worry about me...
I've got someone else in mind
I know he'll be it, the one I see
And with him, I can unwind
I'll be myself
First time in a while
I've held up my life style.
Now, I'll be me.

I am Broken.

This theme is veeeeery cliche in poetry but you still pulled it off quite nicely. It rhymes and flows smoothly.
